I get the same order every time and it’s always done just right. Food is consistently delicious, staff is really nice and fast, and the prices are hard to beat. One of the best spots for a quick, affordable meal that actually tastes good. Never disappoints.

Cook Out is good food and value, but goodness gracious the drive thru situation is HORRIBLE here. If it's even a little busy, the line wraps around the building and into the main street/ highway. The only exit to the curbed drive thru lane is blocked by traffic attempting to enter the drive thru. It wouldn't be so bad if people had good sense to leave space for people to exit, but they don't. Staff were quick and generally pleasant but not exceptional nor accurate.

The burger was okay. It tasted too plain. After I only asked to leave ketchup off. The presentation wasn't what was expected. I would only recommend if you're in the area and having a right now hunger.

Grilled chicken was the size of a baby fist. Slaw is just cabbage and sugar. No mayo was even used. Horrible.

When I visited this place and ordered chicken tenders, fries, and cheese bites. The cheese bites had ice in them, but they were hot on the outside. Initially, I wasn’t too bothered because I knew how things could escalate. However, the next night, I felt ill.

Determined to give them another chance, I returned the following day, hoping it was just me. I ordered some ice cream and walking tacos, but it upset my stomach all over again. It might have been the ice cream because it was foamy and not cold.

This was one of the closest food places to me during my stay in Memphis, so I needed a reliable eatery. The same day, I had to walk tacos, and I ended up with the runs for about a week.

I believe some of the chopped ingredients, like lettuce and onions, or any leftover food, could have been the culprit. Alternatively, the dairy products may not have been kept at the appropriate temperature, which could also be culprit.

I hope they improve their food safety measures so that I can feel comfortable returning to their establishment and eating there again.

i’ve been here a handful of times over the last few months and the service has fast, and courteous. the food is pretty standard. i think that’s pretty much all you can ask from a fast food place at 11:45pm.

The food is always good and the service is efficient. The long lines are really a sign of good business. God bless you.

When you ask something fresh, all they do is re-drop it. The quality has went down since they first opened. I really hope they can get it together.

First time here and it was a late night stop. The line was out the driveway but the staff were fast, efficient and accurate. Found my new late night stop.

Horrible place. The employees are rude, and very uninterested in serving you. My wife had to ask a guy going on break for a refill, right in front of the two other counter employees that intentionally ignored her. And the icing on the cake? The food sucked, which I should of known. Never again.
