Food wise hands down I recommend, but the downside to this Cookout is the service. Youngsters acting like youngsters which is almost typical in a lot of establishments these days.

This was my very first time at this location. I got there at 1013, it was a few cars in front of me, bout time I pulled up the intercom to place my order, nobody said anything to me. I sat there for 10 minutes only to watch 2 cars in the 2nd lane get their order taken. So I pulled up to the window and asked the young lady, was they only taking orders on the other side? She then tells me, that she is doing everything taking orders, etc!! I could tell she was overwhelmed. But I asked could I order at the window, she then repeated to tell me that she is doing everything, then say let me ask my manager. The young manager took my order and said to pull around to the 3rd window (parking lot). I waited again, which is fine. She brought the food out and I can tell she was overwhelmed as well. I will be back cause the food was fresh and hot and the manager was very sweet (young black lady with burgundy hair (curly like) she was very sweet. But her cashier need to know how to handle customers in a more pleasant way regardless if she was overwhelmed. Still suppose to smile regardless of the difficult situations. Without customers, employees wouldn't be getting paid.

The food was cooked in the same grease or something for the chicken tasted and smelled like fish?Also, the male cashier was very rude and not welcoming, please keep the ladies at the cash register on drive thru. They are more pleasant and the food tastes better when they are on the cash

The food has not been very good at all here lately I eat here 45 times a week and I always get the barbecue sandwich and it seems like every time I get the worst pieces of meat if they decide to put any meat on their at all it did not used to be like this when I first started eating here and it's gotten worse and that is the reason why I only been coming now because I'm tired of spending my money on food that I can't eat. The staff is a toss-up each time you go sometimes they're nice other times they're rude and act like they hate their job which they tend to take out on the customers. I probably won't be coming back here for a while if ever. Plus the prices going up on all the food which I don't agree with either because it seems like the portions are getting smaller as well.

Food is always good here and never had a problem until today. The 2 young ladies that were here this morning were very rude and had a bad attitude. The only reason I stayed is because I was on lunch break or I would have went somewhere else. I won’t be back though, not this location.

Oooooooooo don’t get me started! Some people should just find a new profession if they aren’t happy with what they are doing. The little girl who took my money today STOLE from me. It was a couple pieces of change but it’s the principle! My son gave her $12.25 for his order of $12.04…. She tossed it in the drawer. When she handed the food to me I asked for my change. She rolled her eyes and said what? Your penny!? I said no. The 21 cents you owe me. She said you gave me a nickel… I’m 100% positive we gave her a quarter but even if it was a nickel how DARE she try and keep someone’s penny. That ain’t her money! Regardless. Then she wouldn’t give me my receipt. Out here shuffling people’s money. I really hope she needed that more than I ever would. Memphis parents. Teach your kids right.

Ghetto is how you describe this location… I was from out of town stopped by about 10pm, young lady in drive thru just looked at us, didn’t say nothing. I asked how big are the chicken strips? She said we can’t control how big the strips are. That’s not what I asked, then she says well if you don’t want it then go somewhere else. So I did. I will never spend my money with someone talking like that to me, Whoever the owners are need to hire some better individuals. I will never be back!
