I completely understand that you have a closing time, and i respect that. But if i make it there before closing time, order, and get to the window before you're closed I would like my food. IF I get there before you close and the crew is shutting down and cleaning I would at least hope for the respect of being told you are closed so I can back out of the line and leave instead of spending 10 minutes waiting. Then when I get to the window wait another 3 minutes with no interaction. Terrible service, terrible food because there was no food to be had, and terrible atmosphere because I wasn't given the simplest courtesy of being told they weren't serving anymore.

I had an absolutely appalling experience during my first visit here. After arriving, I stood outside for 18 minutes, completely ignored, while an employee inside gestured that she’d be with me shortly, but never even bothered to open the window. To make matters worse, two other customers who had walked up and the staff allowed them to cut right in front of me without so much as acknowledging my presence or asking for my order. This level of disregard for customers is disgusting and completely unacceptable. No one should be treated with such disrespect, especially when they’re standing there patiently waiting. It was beyond frustrating and has completely soured any desire I had to return. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even a basic level of customer service even if you are just traveling through.

The lady at the window left something off of my order when I asked for it at the window she said I never ordered that it really ticked me off because I felt like that was the worst reply you could give a customer why would I be sitting in your window asking for something that I didn't order I felt like the better response could have been I'm sorry ma'am I didn't hear that part of your order would you like me to ring you up for that now I had no problem paying if I wasn't charged on the first order but to tell me that I didn't order something that I know for a fact I ordered I also had my son sitting in the car with me and he was like Mom you did order that I heard you ask for it I just thought it was super bad customer service to tell somebody they didn't order something that I know for a fact I'll order my memory is not that bad from the drive-through speaker to the drive-thru window that I would have forgot my order that only had three items on it in the first place I just replied okay and drove off because my first mind wanted to go off on her but I have worked in fast food and customer service in my earlier years of life and I did not want to treat her poorly they would do well to train there employees a little better on how to respond to a customer I stay in Cordova so I usually go to the cookout on that side and I've never had an issue we love that particular cookout we were leaving topgolf that day and decided to order from that one because it was literally like 3 minutes away it definitely rub me the wrong way not sure if I stop at this location again

My husband and I both ordered the chicken breast sandwiches...I asked for mine lettuce wrapped and they said sure n I asked to ads grilled onions, the sandwiches came out with the tiniest chicken tender covered maybe half or a quarter of the bun, raw onions and no lettuce wrap, just on a regular bun...do NOT recommend

Stopped by here while getting my oil changed next door. While the reviews are iffy, my personal experience was great. I walked up to the window and ordered the Chicken Cajun sandwich, the Cajun chicken wrap, and a slaw. The food was GREAT! Service was friendly and efficient, I definitely recommend stopping by this location!

I really enjoyed the burger and fries until today.Three times I've been here, it was excellent. Today, it was dog food. The hamburger was cold and gross, The topping were stale and unapetizing. The fries were cold and gross and not the fries I ordered!!!All this after waiting in the second line, while 5 other cars went in front of me.I was really hoping I found my new "go to" hamburger restaurant, but after today, I'll be cooking my own again.

Paid for my food then was asked to pull around. Sat for 20 minutes still no food.Finally get my food and don't have sauce cups with my order.When I went back to the windows the workers stood and laughed instead of acknowledging I was there.Overall wait time was 38 minutes for 2 chicken sandwich trays.

You could be nice to these people and they will yell at you and be rude. Even if you ask nicely. If you don’t want to work in customer service or can’t be nice to people, just work at a warehouse where you don’t have to interact with people..
