Ordered a burger with bacon cheese and mustard, cheese curds, & Cajun fries.... got chicken sandwich, Cajun fries, and Doritos walking taco. Paid cash and wasn't given a receipt. Drive thru doesn't say thank you/you're welcome or smile, and can't get your order correct either...smh

Fantastic Cook-Out location.. The drive-thru was fast, and the food was great. It was exactly what I needed for my appetite after a long day.
I just got the hardest grilled chicken sandwich in history. That piece of meat had to have been cooked Saturday evening!

Came from a long day at work just wanted to feed me kids and get home well my order was all wrong then after spending 80 dollars was missing 2 shakes and they must’ve gave my food to the wrong person i went inside and the manager on duty was nice and tried fixing everything something i wanted to take ten min took an hour cashier at front counter didn’t even say anything to me for about 7 min

Literally just left them. Ordered a cookout tray with a burger, cheddar bites, and nuggets. These are the ‘bites’ they gave me. Mind you this location tends to mess up sides from the WC bites, to the fries, to the quesadillas. If it’s not that it’s them having one issue or another with shake orders. But these bites being essentially burnt fryer crumbs is a disappointment. Especially because they burn sides every other visit as well as missing sauce.
Update: I came home to a few of the trays I ordered either having slightly burnt food or in the case of two of five sandwiches missing toppings. I would also like to say the activedeive thru attendant was nice and patient and this particular review applies to multiple food prep staff over several less than quality experiences, not him personally. My point still stands that this location has poor quality food most cases

This cookout is trash. If you ask for any condiments, I guarantee you will never get them lol. They will always stay in business but margin wise they really can’t compete and it’s sad. I . would avoid going to this location at all cost
