Well they only had one section open so we were crammed into that one section. Because of this, I asked if they were shorthand on the way to the table and she said no…we don’t get to go out often so I wanted it to be a good experience and chose Cracker Barrel because of the reasonable prices on their meals but still expected a good experience, nice night out with my boyfriend….but it wasn’t that way at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ 😕😕at best I wish we had chosen a different location. Hoping it was an off night for them because I would hate for them to lose business over things that could be improved upon.

Ii went in to place a to go order. It was a Wednesday afternoon about 2:00 pm. When I went in I went to the area where to go orders usually are handled. I stood there for about 5 minutes.then I went and stood at hostess stand. I could see three employees in the retail area but none of them ever offered to help me. After 15 minutes I got on my phone and placed my order online.10 minutes later the three employees were talking to an older gentleman that appeared to be manager. The three females went back to playing on their phones and private conversations. I asked the man was he the manager and he said yes so I told him how I had been ignored for over twenty minutes he said he would check into it.I ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes and pinto beans The app told me I had a reward of a free desert so I also ordered chocolate cake. I was charged for the cake and reward disappeared. He did not address this issue and he never came back. Another waitress finally brought my food about 15 minutes after by then I was late so took my food and left. The meatloaf looked like it had been thrown in floor and put in plate. It was hard and dry and less than 1/2 inch thick. The potatoes and bean were ice cold and hard. There was no Ice cream for the cake as stated on menu. The whole meal was thrown away. Lesson learned; don’t complain until after you get your food! I contacted customer care and they sent a form letter for one free entree. They did not acknowledge the reverse discrimination and rudeness I experienced or the issue of the free dessert that I paid for!. I order from this location on a pretty regular basis and this was the worst meal I’ve had. An African American lady came in as I was getting my food and she was greeted immediately. I did not see anyone else Caucasian in the restaurant at the time.

🫤 Food was barley warm when it finally arrived. Waitress was doing all she could. You don't serve tomato juice for breakfast. We have a group that meets for breakfast on Saturday morning about 2 to 3 times a month. We usually have from 6 to 10 every time. If you could serve tomato juice for breakfast we would probably make Cracker Barrel our usual breakfast spot. We used to go to the Pancake Shop but they have gone downhill too much. But they do serve tomato juice. My friend has terminal cancer and he likes tomato juice for breakfast and I would order it also. Food would be great if it was served hot. And could you please turn down the volume a bit on the music. I have a hard time with conversation with all the outside noise especially the music volume. With a little adjustment I could be a very happy customer.

The food was pretty good, however the service was terrible. As s party 2, we were seated immediately but did not receive any attention from a server for 25 minutes. After placing our order, we received our food about 15 minutes later. However, it was quite disappointing 😞 to not receive any syrup for our meals (until 10 minutes later) and to never receive the beverage that we paid for despite asking for it.

In the end, we ate our breakfast and then proceeded to check out. That's when I noticed that we were still being charged 3 bucks for the Sprite we didn't receive. Our check was corrected after 20 minutes speaking to the shift supervisor but I don't think 🤔 that I will go back to this location anytime soon.

HAD A TO GO ORDER FOR WORK LUNCH. GOT THERE TO PICK AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY TO GO UTENSILS. HOW ARE WE GOING TO EAT CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS. UTENSILS WERE ADDED TO THE ORDER. VERY POOR SERVICE AND TO ADD TO THE PROBLEM WHEN I ASKED WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO I RECEIVED A "DO NOT KNOW" AND MANAGER WAS RIGHT THERE WITH NO COMMENT. WAS GOING TO CANCEL ORDER BUT THEY JUST GAVE US REGULAR FORK AND KNIFE. NEED TO GO AND BUY SOME PLASTIC UTENSILS. UTENSILS WERE ADDED TO THE ORDER. VERY POOR SERVICE... MANAGEMENT NEEDS RETAINED.

We waited a very long time for someone to take our order. Finally someone took our order and we waited and waited and waited. Finally we left. I'll never go there again.

I gotta be honest. There's not a single person at this location that appears to have any motivation. Today I waited 40 minutes for a to go order of vegetable plates. When I arrived, all the servers just seemed.... Out of it. Just kinda walking around not doing anything in particular. It was not busy at all. But nobody there seems to.... Care? I don't mean this disrespectfully but they act like NPC in video games. They don't take note of how long lines are and call for back up. I rarely if ever see the manager walking the floor. It's just never a quick experience. You can order 30 minutes ahead and you'll wait another 30 at store. They gotta get it together but it's been bad for a few years now. Cracker barrels brand has really taken a hit since covid and it doesn't seem interested in recovering. I prob won't go back to this location. West Memphis is closer anyways.

Ok love cracker barrel but this experience was just was just pathetic. Placed online pickup order at 11:07 am, order ready at 11:30 am , arrived at 11:40 am, checked in for curb side pickup (figured it'd be very quick and simple since I had my toddler with me, but no.) waited 10min nothing, called for am update said it'd be right out, waited another 10 min, nothing, I went inside to ask why it's taking so long, cashier just called the back gave me no update or info, waited another 15min, nothing. my order was well past when it was supposed to be done now. No one was of help at all so I asked for a refund on my order, cashier called over manager who took my name and number then left without saying anything at all n disappeared, another 10 mins ago by, I ask what's going on now with my refund, no one knew anything.... After a few more minutes the manager lazily walks out with my paperwork for a refund says nothing at all n just walks away, just pathetic. This was just disorganized and sad, I've never had an experience that left me so amazed by how little a restaurant cares about it's customers. This location was just awful, avoid it if you can there's plenty of other cracker barrels around that give a crap. 0/10.

Waited 25 minutes after ordering. Tables sat after us all had their food and not an offer of a biscuit or coffee or drink refill the entire time we were waiting. Sorry service. Last time I ate there my food was cold. I will never go back. This restaurant chain has took a nose dive.
