This location has definitely disappointed. This is my 4th time ordering from here and this was the most horrible experience I've had. I arrived within the 20 minutes my food would be done and I still had to wait 30 minutes. Nothing, had flavor, they forgot to give me a side dish, and my 2 year old child's food had MOLD on it. I brought it at night and was going to feed it to her the next afternoon. I've been on hold for 15 minutes since I've asked for a supervisor or manager. They are never busy but the employees act like slugs with the attitude of not wanting to do their jobs. This will be my LAST time EVER ordering from this location.

I went in to pick up 2 to go meals & Elijah showed me where to go to get my to go order. Michelle the employee who is also new was doing a great job checking me out & Jackie the mgr helped her w/ the person in front of me! Jackie is a great manager! There was also another female employee in Jackie's line that helped me w/ my debit card as i was unaware of a step i had to take! The cust behind me was practically on top of me & all in my business about my gift & credit cards which was very annoying. The meatloaf was delicious! I feel ppl shouldn't b that close to customers unless they are w/ each other anytime & especially w/ covid still going on! I felt very uncomfortable due to him being that close to me! I didn't give a 5* because of that annoying customer!Parking: The time of day I went I had no trouble finding a space! Meatloaf wasn't an option to recommend but it was very very good!!!
