Food was slow coming. We didn't receive silverware until the food came and had to ask. Had to ask for bread also. Our waitress was nice though. Once food came, it was tasty.

We returned on 12-08-25 to celebrate my wife's 55th birthday. She had a craving for the Lemon Pepper Trout. Our serve Free was awesome and really attentive to our needs. And on our exit Mya the retail cashier was super kind as well these two young ladies went above and beyond for me and my family as we celebrated my wife's 55th birthday. I am very appreciative. Good job Cracker Barrell 👍🏽💪🏽🙏🏽

40 min late on my food and they are not busy. Ordered hours ahead. Small order. We tip for poor service.

We have eaten at CB ever since its first location opened up in Lebanon, TN. For most of these years it has been very good! However the decline in the quality of the food has slowly been Increasing! We went about two months ago and then today 11/26/25 and it was NOT good. My wife and I has the sausage and we had never tasted any in our long life remotely this bad. One bite was enough! To us breakfast food should be the easiest to make right! It’s truly sad because CB food used to be very good. CB is not meant to be a five star restaurant, but it’s not meant to be a one star!!

This Cracker Barrel SUCKS. Table was never wiped down. Had to ask for utensils. Got a basket of biscuits that had jelly and coffee creamer instead of butter. Food platting was just tossed everything together with gravy poured over it so you couldn’t even see the food. Sides were mixed between plates. My wife had one of my sides, I had one of her’s.

The service was unacceptable the waitress Wendy was not very good. First we were seated and had to wait at 15 minutes for our drinks and we went ahead and placed order not knowing we weren't going to get it for another 45 minutes while watching other table that came after us and had other waiter/waitresses were eating and we were still waiting and my daughter order chicken that was raw she informed waitress and instead of taking the raw chicken she says I will get you a manager wow really now before I forget when we did get our food not my daughter we had no silverware we had to sit and wait waitress no where to be found and by the time my daughter received the chicken we had to get it to go we has been there 2 hours. And then after we asked for the check it took her so long one of the other waitress came to ask us what was wrong and we stated all we want is the check this was the worst experience I have ever had at cracker barrel

The Food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only concern was I had to stand for around 15 minutes in the lobby while waiting for the order to be completed. It would have been nice to have a seat while waiting in the lobby. It did not however take too long.

It was a decent experience. The waiting in the store front was a bit hectic. Hard to shop with so many people. Food was great
