Sat there for 15 minutes, a couple got seated after I did and waited on before me. To me that’s insane either you don’t want to make money or you don’t want to work. Either way do your job better. I will not be back- there is always bad service here.

We eat at Cracker Barrel all the time, but from the time we stepped into the CB at Hacks Crossroad in Memphis, TN, we had a terrible experience. The hostess clearly did not want to be there. She never so much as grunted a word to us, and just tossed menus on the table and walked away. We waited forever to see a server for the drink order, then had so much difficulty ordering our food. My husband always gets the same thing, but our waitress said he couldn't order it. I, as the customer, had to tell her how to put it in the computer. The food was good, but we never got a drink refill, and my husband had to go to kitchen to get some tea. Finally, upon checkout, our entire bill was figured wrong, charging us almost $20 too much, and we had to flag someone down to correct it. I've never complained about a Cracker Barrel, but this was the worst experience ever!

Everything was ok as far as ordering online and pulling up to collect the food. The wait is really ridiculous so order way in advance before pulling up.

I placed an online curbside pick-up order yesterday for 9 AM this morning. I did not receive my food until 9:54 AM when I asked to speak to the manager she was doing a trash run, which is understandable because that’s a security issue however I wasn’t informed that she was doing a trash run until 10 minutes after I asked to speak to her and another person had to go and find out why she hadn't come out. The manager was extremely condescending and rude and wouldn’t allow me as a customer to vent my frustration because she was worried about the other guest and their experience, but my experience was meant by a smug remark that I should calm down. I had already spent and paid $100 for a service that couldn't even be rendered in a timely fashion or with the courtesy of a manager, explaining to me why it took an extremely abnormal amount of time to fulfill my order. Absolutely a horrible experience and I will not recommend anybody go to this location to save themselves the time, energy, money, and service experience, the Restaurant manager Deanna needs major disciplinary action because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had to experience her abruptness, rudeness, and abrasiveness attitude; I hope she is not a general manager or in any consideration to becoming one because Cracker Barrel, putting her in that type of position would be a complete mistake.

We arrived at 430pm and we’re looking forward to a great breakfast for dinner. There were four other tables with two people each at them. So 10 of us total in the whole restaurant. We watched as many to go orders were brought from the kitchen and after 40 minutes of waiting for our food we asked the manager to please check on it and if not ready we would just leave. Food came out about two minutes later and my husbands food was not even fit for our dog to eat. He ate a few bites and then ate half of my pancakes. It would seem obvious to any server that the one meal was not good but he never asked or made any mention of it. This has been one of our favorite places over the years but will go to the other location in Lakeland where we never have this type of trouble. I mean I’m happy to wait 40 minutes for food at a fine dining place but not a Cracker Barrel with 8 other patrons.

Food was not fresh, carrots tasted like water, mashed potatoes w/gravy & macaroni were cold. Ribs were good, fall off the bone. Peach cobbler was horrible, no flavor unsweetened, not sure what te crust was and no ice cream.

My wife, brother in law, my sister in law and myself wanted to go eat at cracker barrel for breakfast. We arrived and sat down at 10:50, after putting in our order in at at 10:55 we were assuming that biscuts were on the way, our waitress was so horrible hardly showed any service. As time passed on other people got sat and put their orders in and got their biscuits and food. It is now 12:15 and our food is still not out. We dident order anything fancy. After all of us were getting annoyed and frustrated, we decided to talk to the manager and caught her in multiple lies. Its 12: 18 my brother in law is on call and had to go back to work without eating, my wife had to go back to work without eating. I will be calling the head quarters and filing a massive complaint. This review dosent deserve 1 star. No we havent ate and bow we gotta go to work hungry. I dont recommend this place unless you want to be in our shoes.

During my visit to Cracker Barrel today, I encountered a server who exhibited a complete lack of manners, which significantly impacted our dining experience. Despite my attempts to engage politely, there was no acknowledgment or response from her, not even a simple "thank you." Additionally, she abruptly snatched the menu from my son's hand while he was still trying to place his order, demonstrating a disregard for basic customer service etiquette. While it's possible that this job may not have been her first choice, it underscores the importance of maintaining professionalism and courtesy in any service role. A little kindness and respect can go a long way, potentially influencing not just customer satisfaction but also the server's own career trajectory.

This has got to be the absolute worst Cracker Barrel in the entire world!!! It does not matter if u dine in, delivery or take out. Let’s start with dine in; me and a few coworkers went here for lunch on a 1 hour lunch break (we went at 11am) it took our food 45 mins to get to our table and it was wrong! Needless to say we went hungry that day. Delivered; don’t do it because no matter what they will always forget something or get the order wrong. I ordered a 2 vegetable plate (greens and carrots) and the plate literally came with only the carrots- tell me how do you forget a vegetable on a two vegetable plate??? Pick up- pretend that u are Santa and CHECK THAT ORDER TWICE!!!!! There is a 99.9 percent chance that your order is either wrong or missing something. And lastly save your breath talking to the manager (I think his name is James ) because he could care absolutely less about your complaints, cares or concerns!!
