I stopped in for coffee while walking my dog and the door specified dogs allowed, so great. It felt like Colorado. The baristas were kind and welcoming. The space is clean, cozy and quaint. The garage door was open and outdoor seating/tables seemed so perfect for the break in temps we had. Great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back during my Downtown adventures.

Nice cafe, cozy place, small but comfortable.

There are some parking spaces in nearby parking buildings.

My wife and I stopped in for some coffee. I got a double shot of espresso that was full of flavor with a great chocolate finish. The staff was super friendly and I was impressed with their knowledge of the coffee they were serving. They introduced me to their cold brew, Ring of Fire. It was super smooth, but, unlike a lot of cold coffee that I find to be very watered down; this cold brew had depth. I would highly recommend this coffee shop if you are in Memphis. The staff is great and so is the coffee!

I’m from Seattle where coffee culture is king and this coffee rivals some of the best I have had. After first sup of while milk hot latte, my sister turned to me and said “mmm, excellent!” Nice find -highly recommend- also staff was delightful

Staff was completely frazzled by a handful of customers, but coffee was good. Pastry was from Costco.

Coffee was very good. Location was easy to get to. Pastries were good, but the breakfast sandwiches were frozen, microwavable sandwiches. Barista was super helpful and friendly.

Superb spot in downtown Memphis. The staff are super kind and friendly, the coffee strong and tasty. I got the Canadian Tux with oat milk — delicious!

Note: There is a negative review on here pointing out the temporary tariff charge. Welcome to reality — where tariffs are, for obvious reasons, directly impacting consumers because, believe it or not, that’s how tariffs work! Please do not blame small businesses when they have to pass the cost on to us, the customers, because of our administration’s questionable trade policies. Just because they put it as a separate line item instead of embedding it directly — they’re not “proving a point” — they’re simply educating consumers on the direct impact of policies that people have voted for. That said, we must SUPPORT our small businesses at all costs!

As a flight attendant, I always enjoy exploring local coffee spots during my layovers. This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it. The customer service was outstanding, the atmosphere was welcoming, and my cappuccino was flawless—smooth, balanced, and truly lovely. When I see just one size for a cappuccino on the menu, I know the place takes coffee seriously. Thank you, Crazy Gander, for this hidden gem!

Nice coffee shop, neighboring patrons at the Brass door were rude - blocking the walkway and drinking beer outside at 11 AM. But my coffee was tasty.. might go back
