I don’t know who shared those menus, but they only have wings, one burger, and some pizza. It’s not a restaurant - it’s just a bar with poor service. You’d think a 17 story Sheraton would do better.

This place is an option if you are not familiar with Memphis or are too tired to leave the hotel. The food selection is limited. The staff are nice but can be a little slow.

Eating here is the best thing the hotel has going. Ashley had great customer service, the drinks were tasty and the food was really good.

We had lunch at Crossroads during the Farm & Gin show in the Convention center. Great location. Clean and nice restaurant. Food was tasty. Service was good. They unfortunately had a fire alarm go off in the Sheraton during our meal and we were asked to get up and go right after our food was served. Must have been a rule. We began to leave but then chose to take our plates out to the patio and they did allow that but unfortunately could not get any more refills on drinks nor to-go boxes so I did waste a lot of my meal. Not their fault though.

On the first night we went for a couple of drinks in the "tavern" side. Our server was very green, but tried hard. I feel that the place was understaffed for all of the cruise ship guests that arrived here that night. The next day we had breakfast on the restaurant side and experienced great service from Forrest. The man is a true pro and has obviously been catering to customers for many years. He does it well. The food was good also.
We had an amazing time this evening. Our server Gina was efficient and courteous. The chef Tracy was AMAZING! The food was delicious. My friend and I had an amazing time and I will be

My mom and I are staying at the Sheraton and after a long drive, we just wanted to stay at the hotel. Joan was awesome! I had the short rib chef’s special and my mom had the minestrone soup and Greek salad. It was all super yummy. They surprised me with a lava cake because it was my birthday! We loved the food and service. There are some weird taxes but overall, I definitely recommend.
The staff is great. Food was good. Its stilly but I was especially happy with the side vegetables - they were actually sautéed and seasoned instead of just being boiled. My biggest gripe is all the extra added on taxes. Made up about 10% of the bill.

This was just what I hoped to find in a downtown hotel. The buffet in the morning was great, and I ordered pancakes the next morning which were fabulous. I had a burger and fries later that day and they were outstanding. Highly recommended!

Breakfast buffet was excellent with the local staple “chicken and waffles!” The best part was the customer service and hospitality of the hosts and waitresses: Violeta, Mary and Stephanie. These ladies “really made the meal.” Thank you, Michael and Debbie
