The customer service wasn't pleasant at all here. When we entered, the guy spoke but that was it. We were first time customers so we went in blindly. No one assisted us, the guy in the front just kept making orders, never once asking if we needed help ordering. After a couple of minutes we figured out how to order. We paid & waited for our order which was prompt but still nothing was said to us. We were handed our cookies and we left. Rude is definitely an understatement...
I love crumbl I go the weeks something catches my eye on the app. The environment at this store is welcoming, an the service is always fast. Cookies are always fresh an delicious every time the key lime pie cookies is THE BEST FYI!!!
