My best friend and I were out all morning shopping. We decided to check our location for restaurants near us and Crump's came up, across from where we pulled over . We decided to try it. It was delicious ?. The place was clean and peaceful. The staff was outstanding. I will definitely go back.

Crump’s takes advantage of the elderly. They prepared a $32 order of chicken for my mother-in-law. The wings were hard, unseasoned and dry. They refused to make it right. “You should have checked everything before you left.” Old folks don’t expect the worst out of something as simple as picking up dinner for your family.

I ordered the wrong item on the menu and I could not get it changed after I paid. They had not started cooking the order yet and I asked to change the order and they told me all sales are final. I will honor their policy and that was my final order from this place.

Ordered a Supreme cheeseburger. Order was finished rather quickly so I suspected it couldn't be fresh but since I work in a restaurant, I didn't want to make a fuss or complain about fast food. The burger was obviously pretty cooked and just thrown back on the grill to reheat. It was very dry, no flavor at all. Paid $16 for a combo that wasn't worth $5. How do you go wrong with a burger. Burgers don't take long to prepare so there is no reason they should be precooked. Especially when you're charging that kind of price. A total disappointment. This is why I rarely order take out. I was just hungry, needed something convenient and didn't wanna cook.

Stood in line for 20 minutes and was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to place an order so I got tired of waiting and went to Allstar Wings which is 3 minutes away on Perkins…!!! They must don’t realize that a consumer has options…!!!
