Crumpy's Hot Wings Downtown

Food fye but business hours online doesn’t match the physical opening . I pull up at 8pm and it’s closed , google says closed at 9pm . Pls fix it i miss these wings !!

Prices too high and they keep kids running around. Don’t know if it’s a restaurant or a daycare. Health Department needs to shut them down.

I called to order, lady says place online only. I go to order online, prices look much higher than normal, I still place my order for 5 wings combo, $22 + tax came to $24.15. I get in the restaurant and two YT gentlemen are allowed to pay cash. Now I'm curious. I scan the menu inside, it says what I just paid for costs $17 + tax. I asked the lady why, she says pricing hasn't been updated. Gives me a slice of cake. I'd rather gotten more wings since I basically paid for a 7 piece combo. Please update yalls pricing & require everyone to pay the same. I'm a crumpys vet but this location played me.

Paid 35$ for some dog food all the season at the bottom of plate couldnt even taste it got the order wrong only thing good is the juice over priced for nothing

Went and place the order and they took them 35 minutes to give me my order I asked for a refund several times and they try out to offer me a Cake and a drink, which was not complementary. There’s a child running around crying. I will never come back there and spend my money again 35 minutes is not acceptable. The food is already expensive and you don’t even get nothing to drink.then charged me 1.50 for bacon that’s not on there what’s 35 minutes of my time I wasted ‼️

I placed an order online directly through their website. I received an order ID and an estimated time on the finishing of my order. However, when I pulled up to the establishment, it was closed. No one was there and I was also unable to get in touch with anyone through their telephone number. I have had previous experiences where I was unsatisfied but this by far is the worst one. I don't see how it stated the restaurant was open online and I also don't see how it was possible for me to place an order if they were not open

My wife had never had Crumpys wings. Haven't lived in Memphis in over 20 years. Wings still top tier!!

Boneless wings taste like boneless 🥜.. never again.. it’s like they didn’t even try, supper soggy and tasteless.

I moved out of memphis 2 years ago and came back home because there is no crumpy's and came back and they are still the same, gotta love them

Corey and Ms. Sheaka were very kind and hospitable. Corey was pleasant and got everything on our order correct ?? The catfish and wings were delicious! My husband and i enjoyed our experience. ??

The food is amazing, the owner she is super sweet , my daughter and I love the Hot Ranch flavor. They are fried exactly how I like mine. I never have to tell them.Gooooo you will not be disappointed.

This was the best wings I’ve had since being in Memphis. The honey gold wings were A1 I 10/10 recommend you try this while you’re in Memphis!! Can’t wait to come again on my next trip ❤️
