When in Memphis, Crumpy’s Hot Wings Downtown location is a must visit! The staff is friendly and the service is nothing less than pure Southern Hospitality! The wings are cooked to perfection and you have got try their famous Honey Gold wings! When I visited the owner was there and told me that they were usually closed on Sundays but she said give me 30 minutes. In that time she summoned her staff and took my order… ON A DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED!! Now that’s customer service!! Crumpy’s will be one of the first establishments that I visit every time I come to Memphis! You should do the same!!!

I ordered 2 10 piece flats to go and the chicken was very black. I tried 1 of the wings and it tasted old and spoiled. I called up there and told the lady over the phone how the quality of the chicken was. I requested a refund, the lady over the phone was very rude and said they couldn’t accommodate a refund. She acted like she didn’t care and the situation wasn’t that serious. If I’m paying over $50 over some wings, I expect good quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I will be disputing this with my bank. 0/10

I had a terrible time at this location. The girl with the long blond braids was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question, and she immediately responded with an attitude. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and am usually very nice to servers, cashiers, and other staff because I understand how challenging it can be to deal with people,

I ordered a four-tender meal and a 10-boneless wing meal. I asked about a drink because last time I ordered the same combo, it came with one. However, she refused to give me one. I was tired of dealing with her attitude, so I just let it go.

When I paid for my meal, I was shocked to see that my total was $37, even though the meals were around $12 each online. I tried to contact a manager, but she answered the phone and basically refused to put one on the line. I had no choice but to accept the poor service and leave.

This place is a scam with terrible customer service. The girl yelled at me, and the food was terrible. The tenders and boneless wings were chewy and felt like I was eating sauced jerky. And the fries were only a handful.

This little hideaway wing spot continues the legacy of Crumpy's Wings. My first time going, I passed it twice (even though it's sign are quite visible). Service was neutral. But my order was for take out, so I can't say either way. My meal was exactly as I ordered it, piping hot!! Definitely will be returning soon.

This location never disappoints! The wings are always fresh and delicious. And the sauce is just right. I will travel to enjoy the excellent customer service this facility offers. A+ in my book— that's why I keep coming back!

I placed a 40 piece party wing order with seasoned fries and okra so my order was well over $80! And for me to receive bat wings, actually smaller than bat wings, not 1 dressing and burnt fried okra is ridiculous! Will not purchase from them again. I wish I could post a picture!

Food fye but business hours online doesn’t match the physical opening . I pull up at 8pm and it’s closed , google says closed at 9pm . Pls fix it i miss these wings !!

Prices too high and they keep kids running around. Don’t know if it’s a restaurant or a daycare. Health Department needs to shut them down.

I called to order, lady says place online only. I go to order online, prices look much higher than normal, I still place my order for 5 wings combo, $22 + tax came to $24.15. I get in the restaurant and two YT gentlemen are allowed to pay cash. Now I'm curious. I scan the menu inside, it says what I just paid for costs $17 + tax. I asked the lady why, she says pricing hasn't been updated. Gives me a slice of cake. I'd rather gotten more wings since I basically paid for a 7 piece combo. Please update yalls pricing & require everyone to pay the same. I'm a crumpys vet but this location played me.
