Crumpy's Hot Wings on Third & Shelby

My food always do exactly what it suppose to do. Hit every spot until it reaches its destination. This is my go to wing spot. I haven't found anything better argue with your granny.

I had a call in for a 20 pc, half lemon pepper and half honey gold. Upon arrival, there was 3 people waiting, which one left due to late preparation of orders, and I was unfortunately witness to unethical behavior behind the cash register from two employees seemingly in training on one of the most possibly busiest nights in the mid-south. I referenced my name to get my order and unsurprisingly, I was told it would be another 20 minutes, which honestly I did not mind, but ultimately my wife's order of said lemon pepper wings were over fried and for the majority indigestible due to the sensitivity of her dentures. I paid for party wings. It was a 20pc order. Those wings were sooo small. Tiny and really dry. I have neverrrr had this issue with Crumpy's prior. Can I say VERY disappointed! I'm still hungry! Fix it Lort! Money wasted.

Nasty and horrible customer service!!! Stayed on hold for 8 minutes and when I called back they wanted to argue with me! The picture of the hot wings is what I ordered and the picture with the regular wings is what I received!! My order is always right but not today and this will be my last time going there due to horrible attitude when all I wanted was to switch the wings out for the right wings! But they didn’t want to do that smh

Workers are very rude especially Kevin and so is the owner who does not even present herself when there is a problem at her establishment. Today, 06/13/24 I walked in the store with my nephew to get an order of wings for my family. Kevin and his coworker( an elderly man with a braided beard) who is barely competent, did not greet us even when it was time for me to order. Kevinhas been rude on a number of occasions even when I ubered. Today, 06/13/24, Kevin cursed me out after I asked him to place my receipt in my hand as I did him respectfully. I asked for refund and he wouldn’t give it to me until Manager Ross showed up who did not correct Kevin at all about his actions. I had to wait over 10 minutes for Ross to arrive at the store to try and process the refund. Ross asked for my name and number because the system was down for my refund. I told him if I didn’t get the issue resolved, I would make a report to the police and walked out the store. About two minutes later, Ross came to my car and said the system is working. WOW! I will never return to this store again after giving the location chance after chance. They get customer’s money and treat us so poorly; I will no longer accept it.

This place needs to shut down and reopen after it is cleaned, organized and under new management! Door dasherers, do not accept these orders unless you want to wait 30 minutes to an hour after you arrive. My doordash notification said my order was ready at 6:15 pm it was not ready until 7:20.

I then paid for two extra blue cheese dressings and after the lady took my money realized she didn't have change.

I get home and she forgot to put them in my bag, but remembered to take my money....
