Waste of money! Order wasnât cooked as I asked. I ordered extra crispy and wings were soggy. The value of the chicken was low as well as the flavors. I do not recommend this location. Itâs clear that the staff doesnât take pride in their work.

When I walked in to pickup my order the 2 employees were sitting in a booth watching TV. One of them was smoking cigarettes. One guy comes to the counter and says my order isn't ready because they don't have the mushrooms I ordered. Ok let me have the corn nuggets, we're out of that as well. I settled on the fries. Then had to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare my order. I waited inside only to be overcome with smoke. I mean you have a customer can't you stop smoking for a few minutes? I thought they banned smoking in restaurants but not this one. Very disappointed in this establishment.

If i could give ZERO stars, I would. I placed my order and was told 15-20 min it would be ready. Got there in about 15 minutes. They asked my name and dropped my chicken and told me it would be 10 minutes. Mind you, there was no one in the restaurant, and it seemed like they had no other orders. Get home, and my chicken had little to no lemon pepper seasoning. The chicken looked old and deformed... chicken that should not be served to anyone. Immediately disgusted. I threw the whole order in the trash. Wasted money. I WONT BE BACK!!!

Put in an order online for take out. Received an email letting us know it would be ready at 11:30am the next day. When we arrived to pick up our order the door was locked and the lights were off. We tried to call multiple times and no one answered. If you are going to be closed thatâs fine but advertise it and donât allow orders to be put in and PAID for. Expecting a full refund.

My order was 95.15 I ordered 30 wings 16 green tomatoes the green tomatoes was so greasy it was ridiculous some of the wings was hard if you chew you had to spit it out now I'm hating that I ordered anything from there went back up there with a complaint looked over behind the counter is so nasty back there to I hate I even bought anything. When I ask for the manager the gate told me that he wasn't there and he couldn't get in contact with them he said he'll be there tomorrow so I'm professional. This Crumpy's is located on Germantown parkway in Cordova never again will I go there I can just consider that as a loss.

Yall. DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered my food as soon as they opened and my food tasted like it was left from the night before and my food was half cooked. Thereâs a no refund policy for a reason and I see why. The place was nasty and unsanitary. On top of everything the customer service was a 1/10. Very poor and rude.

If I could give my most recent experience a 0, I would. The food was awful. I was there 5/14/2024. I ordered three / five piece wings (extra crispy) with fried okra on 2 and fries on the other. I also asked for blue cheese dressing. All the wings and sides were black. They were black because of filty grease. The wings were soggy with very little sauce. I got ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. I called to inform the manager of my experience. He offered nothing to replace my wasted $50. He just said, I'm sorry and I will talk to the staff. I've been driving from MS to Crumpy's for YEARS !! (Mostly off Shelby Drive). This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Sad to say, I will NOT return!!

We placed an online order to be picked up by 5:30. We got there at almost 6. They had just dropped our chicken. They redropped our fries. Theyâre brown. Theyâre burned. Our sonâs chicken tenders werenât thoroughly cooked ⊠Most of the time we look past the rude attitude because the food is good. Donât waste your time or money.Youâre better off going to Dixie Queen.
