Although it took me a minute to actually find a “Crumpys” that was actually open, I finally found one on Shelby Dr and they were magnificent! Probably the best Wings I’ve ever had!!!

They don't too much answer the phone and upon arrival the menu prices has changed significantly. I ordered 25 wings and over half were fried way too hard, to which I didn't realize because I attended a party and this was my food dish choice. When I called with the complaint I was told to bring the amount back that were tarnished and when I did the cashier or manager (no titled name tag) tried to argue that I wouldn't get my order because all the wings weren't there to which I argued that I was told to come back for my do over. Her exact words were,"Usually if something is wrong with the food, people only take one bite and know it.", to which I had to explain for the 5th time that I was at a function and hadn't been trying the food yet and I'm not the food police plus I just wasted 2 tanks of gas so something needed to be done ASAP. She only fixed me 10 party wings and had an attitude about that. I will not be going back to CRUMPY'S on Shelby Dr. in Memphis again and I advise anyone going to check your order, even taste it before departure because if you don't care, they won't. Bad service is an understatement.

I ordered wings and fish they literally cut one piece of fish up into 6 pieces and served me that salty crap. No to mention I paid 21 dollars for 3 wings 1 cut up piece of fish and some salty okra.This the worst Crumpy’s in Memphis the other ones would neverrrr

Customer service was amazing right from the start. The young lady that answered the phone was very sweet and effective. Food was cooked as I asked and it was ready on time. Staff was pleasant when I arrived. Food was crispy and seasoned perfect. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to on this one. I will definitely be back. Maybe as soon as tomorrow lol

First time and never again. There was mold on all my veggies. My chicken wings had bird feathers still attached to the chicken. I asked for my chicken to be cooked crispy, it wasn’t the skin on the chicken was so loose.
To give me all drums for what I paid is diabolical. The food isn’t worth the price if you ask me. Won’t be returning. I’d rather go to Crumpy’s in the hood.

On my first time visiting I only went for dessert. I got a cheesecake and a banana pudding. Oh my gosh, I have never been so disgusted with either of these. The banana pudding looked appealing but when my husband and I tasted it, yuke. It was either some type of lemon flavor or something spoiled and of course it wasn't a real banana pudding. Now, for the cheesecake which is my favorite dessert the portion she gave me was so thin. Tasted it and it was cool until I started getting into it and I started tasting hunks and chunks of unbeaten creme. After paying almost $10 I at least need my stuff to taster like something. The only good think about this visit was the customer service. The lady at the counter was very nice. However, they really need to do better.
