Uggghhhh!!!! I can't stand going to this Crumpy's!!! The chicken is awesome but the customer service and the way they operate is horrible ? Who has to wait 25 mins for a 7 piece wing?!!!! Chicken only people!!! Do better Crumpy's

I attempted to place an order today, Friday, 9/6/24 @ 11:40am, and one of the rudest ladies was taking my order via phone. She first told me she could not hear me, so I called her back. She repeated the first order, but got frustrated with the second order, told me she did not feel good & told me to come in & place my order & she then hung up the phone in my face while I was taking. I could not go in & wait 25 minutes when I only have a 30 minute lunch break. Before she hung up, I told her she was about through with the order, but she had already hung up the phone. Piss-poor customer service! I know they are busy, esp. during lunch, but if you can not handle the rush you do not need to be taking lunch hour calls. However, I love Crumpy's and their food, just NOT the "phone service" I received today from this one individual. I will NEVER go back to that location again! If workers do not feel good, then STAY HOME!
