I attempted to place an order today, Friday, 9/6/24 @ 11:40am, and one of the rudest ladies was taking my order via phone. She first told me she could not hear me, so I called her back. She repeated the first order, but got frustrated with the second order, told me she did not feel good & told me to come in & place my order & she then hung up the phone in my face while I was taking. I could not go in & wait 25 minutes when I only have a 30 minute lunch break....
Mane stop playing with these folks. Superb service. They one of the OGs in Memphis still cranking out some of the best wings in Memphis. Sizable wings, great seasoning to chicken ratio and they know how to fry the entire wing. None of that gummy half cooked mess you get at most wing houses.
Food is always on point here. Customer service is a toss up most days but the one thing is always constant, the consistency of their product. This place has the best hot wings in the Memphis metro area.
