I went to CSC not realizing they were closed on Wednesday. The employee let me in and told me they were closed. Another gentleman came around the corner to see what was going on. I explained to him I didn’t realize they weren’t open. We are from out of town. He was very kind and told me he would sale me items anyway. The chicken and dumplings soup was very good. I was very appreciative and will be returning.

I’ve been picking up from CC for years and should’ve posted about them long ago. In a city full of copycats, they are the original and by far the best. A friend suggested today that I should just get something from a certain other meal place because it was closer to me at the time and “They all have the same thing anyway”. I smiled and thought,, “Bless her heart, she has no idea.”

My husband and I are elderly so I bought 2 weeks worth of casseroles, soups, etc… Everything delicious and it definitely beats drive thru foods

Can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this awesome place!! We love coming to CSC whether it’s to grab some dinners for the freezer or pick up some of their world famous chicken salad. The ladies are super friendly and helpful every time. Order ahead and save some time.
I got a sweet potato casserole from here for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Everyone loved *my* sweet potato casserole . Thank you for making me seem like a good cook

Great option for me and my wife. We have a new baby, and cooking/getting good meals has been hard. Haven't tried everything yet, but the food has been great so far. Ordering and pickup is painless, and the staff is nice. Good prices. Overall better than other local options, and 1000 better than Doordash or Hellofresh.ThanksP.s. the chicken pot pie is amazing.
