Wife and I went for lunch on Saturday before a playoff game. Plenty of people out on Beale but no one was in here. Quite a difference from the last visit a couple years ago. Our server was nice and despite being seated right in front of his station where he had a constant eye on us, his responsiveness was some of the worst I've ever seen. I had to constantly call out to him to ask if we could order, ask if we could get a drink refill, ask him twice over 20 minutes to bring my wife dressing for her salad, ask him if we could pay our bill after sitting in since in front of him for like 10 minutes. I've literally never written a rating before. First time. That's how inattentive this server was to us, basically the only patrons of this hotel restaurant and bar at the time.
Dirty tables but not busy, server was not very attentive but ok.they were out of most of the menu the drinks were decent very nice looking place but ill just dine at home for my b day next time
Food was very good. Well prepared and good presentation. However, online menu and menu at the restaurant were not the same. Items advertised online were not available to order. Service got off to a very slow start but picked up. Server was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Seemed to be more of a management issue than a server issue. Parking in the adjoining garage was very convenient. They need to clean up the steps leading up yo the door.
Slow to be seated and served. Waiter left menus on our table after taking our orders. Ho hum place. Very casual. Didn't realize that when making reservation. Not really the kind of place we were looking for. Food was acceptable, though, so no harm no foul.
A lost evening. The host was chewing gum and on her phone as I arrived. It was 45 seconds before we were greeted. The server was poorly trained and not good at his job. He rarely checked on us during the meal. I asked for more salad dressing. He brought out a ramkin, no plate and literally slid it across the table at me. When dinner was over, the comment was, "You don't want anything else, do you"? The food was mediocre. I received a catfish filet instead of the halibut I ordered. No manager was visible. And all that when Curfew bills itself as upscale dining. This was a most disappointing experience.
The restaurant had nice decor and ambience. We really liked the sitting areas where you could enjoy a drink. The food was really good. When we walked into the restaurant, we waited on the hostess and waited and waited and waited. After we were seated, it took several minutes to bring water and take a drink order. We were almost finished with our first drink before ordering the entree.
We did notice that a couple that arrived at the same time as we did, but sat at the bar got their drinks and food by the time we had gotten our first drinks.

Stood at the hostess table for 15 minutes without being spoken to. Waited 45 minutes at the table after ordering drinks. Drinks never came. Horrible. Wish I could give no stars. Left before we could wait 4 hours for the food.

Memphis can I vent one time….. can I vent! So it really is a vibe. The music is on point and I was so in love with the Black energy in the room. From the beginning we walked in and waited to be seated, sitting in the middle of the room directly in front of the bar, you’d think our waters, utensils, napkins, even drinks would hit the table first. Nope, food hit first. Still no utensils or water. Food was getting cold and everything. Keep in mind we ordered water and Mimosa flights first. Utensils came, then water, and finally about 8 minutes after the water was one single flight. The wait for the second flight was so crazy I don’t even want to speak on it. Back to the food. My fish and grits were amazing but his Sausage was burnt and he was so tired of waiting for our drinks that it didn’t matter anymore. The after Valentine’s Day brunch was a bust for our table but seemed to be running smoothly for everyone else. We’ll have to see them after hours because brunch wasn’t it for us.

Restaurantji Recommends
The inly reason this is not a 5 star review is we selected to dine at Curfew based on the menu they published on their website. The actual menu was significantly different and smaller than what they had online. I recommend you go.
Comedy of errors! We were the only patrons at the bar on a Sunday at 10:30 AM. Waited completely unacknowledged for 5 minutes. Bar staff was super friendly but forgot to enter our orders. Appetizer (wings) came out in a flavor we didn't order and then the ranch dressing (that was requested 3 times) was actually blue cheese. They were very apologetic and took off a round of drinks. Won't be back.
The food was great i enjoyed everutbing to be honest i definitely recommend trying the flatbread cheese it was amazing to go with the honey gold wings.
Waiting 30 minutes for a salad…nobody is really here at this time but I am waiting with my husband for a salad…just a salad. Finished my drink and still waiting. Smh Asked for the mgr to get involve and still waiting. Now, it’s 36 minutes and still waiting….
