HORRIBLE ! I just left less than an hour ago and I have since then thrown up and had to be immediately rushed to the nearest bathroom! The chicken was UNDONE and my food overall was very bland. Server was nice but veryyyyyy slow. Overall a 1/10. My first experience was not like this AT ALL !!!! (2022) I initially told the server while I was there that my food was TERRIBLE! Now im sick. 0/10.

The food was good I had the catfish and fries. The drinks were strong but two of them had me feeling good. The service was a little slow but the waiter was friendly. The atmosphere is very nice and I didn’t feel overdressed with my outfit. I would recommend for food, maybe a different bartender for drinks though.

The food took an hour to come and once it was here it was cold. The service wasn’t good at all and the manager (bald head guy) was condescending. The only highlight was the pleasantness from our server Toni. This isn’t the first bad experience.

Upon our initial arrival, there was no hostess on duty. We were standing in the bar and then once seated at the bar, the bartender ignored us for almost 40/45 minutes, when she finally decided to speak to us she was at the opposite end of the bar and she screamed!! It was horrific. There was another gentleman who was coming in to his shift! He spoke when he initially walked in and went to the back. Shortly after he arrived, he noticed how long we had been sitting at the bar from the time he actually walked in. He heard the initial bartender yell at us!! He saw it was upsetting and then apologized and immediately said ladies it seems like you have been waiting quite some time. Can I at least get you started on some drinks. The fact that he asked politely for our drink order after we had been sitting there at this point almost 45 minutes was shocking! No one should wait 45 minutes just for your drink order to be taken. No paying customer wants to be yelled at from the opposite end of the bar!! It was the rudest, worst experience ever because when she yelled, literally, you could see other people turn around, looking at us like what is happening!! Thank goodness for Mr. Charles coming onboard when he did and being a gentleman to save the day because I was literally at the point where I was about to just say let's go somewhere else. We had to wait to be seated, once seated we were ignored, then yelled at!! Mr. Charles really really really turned the entire situation around because the first young lady was absolutely horrific. I mean, I just feel like that was the worst customer service experience at a restaurant I had ever experienced in my entire life literally and I eat out quite often so for me to say that that was the worst that says a lot.

I had heard a lot of good hype about this restaurant. My party looked at the online menu and were excited to visit. When we were seated, however, the menu that was placed in front of us was a fraction of what was displayed on the restaurant website on 6/27/25. Also, this place is a big box with no separating walls and not much to buffer the sound. It was loud at times including a large party at the bar who were yelling (often obscenities) at another party in the Canopy hotel lobby (wide open to the restaurant and no separation really between the hotel and the restaurant.) One member of my party called this a lounge that serves food rather than a restaurant that contains a bar. While the food we ate was delicious, it seemed overly priced for the atmosphere we were experiencing. I called the manager over and she said she had only been there three weeks, had not seen the online menu, and that the facility (don't know if she meant the Hilton Canopy hotel overall or Curfew the restaurant specifically) had changed hands four times since January. I will not go back here and was disappointed in the experience.

Ok.. so I'm at the attached hotel for the week, so I went here several times. The first time I got a smashburger. The bottom patty was cooked decently, the top was still pink throughout. Fries were good, bartender lady was pleasant, so I returned the next couple days and got fries. Tonight, I go in, have a seat as I did each other time, and I see this troll staring as I sit down. I sit there for 15 minutes. Watching this troll stand and side eye me while messing around with an iPad, walking away, to the kitchen, and hanging around the door. A gentleman came in the door. She got him a menu and sat him near me. As she was walking by , I politely asked if she was a server, or if there was one. She snapped back with "Yeah, if you check in with the hostess", and walks off. She then went and sent a gentleman to us with some menus, but by that time, I felt like taking myself to Beale Street, as I no longer had the urge to be in that atmosphere. I thanked the gentleman with the menus, amd excused myself. As you can see, it wasnt that busy. And as I exited, there was absolutely no signage saying "see the trollstess"

Food was overcooked. I ordered the Halibut fish. Service was terrible. No one paid attention to us. We waited forever for our drinks and then when the bartender finally poured them, the waiter left them on the bar to sit even longer and when he was finally done chatting with his staff brought them to us warm. Staff cared more about talking than waiting on guests. Menu online is not current.

The food here is so lackluster. The atmosphere and the aesthetics are nice but I would not recommend any food on this menu. I’ve been here more than once (my friend’s choice not mine) and every-time im unimpressed most notably with this shrimp caesar salad. It had ZERO flavor.

Brussels sprouts tasted great but they completely forgot the pork belly which was dry and probably had been cooking while bringing the food out. The chicken BBQ flatbread had decent taste, but the bread itself tasted like it was a pre-cooked bread from the grocery store. Service was acceptable, ambiance was nice. Price was rather high for the quality of some components of the food.

Aesthetics of the restaurant were beautiful but the service wasn’t good . No one at the hostess area to seat you or you may have to seat yourself , of which is ok but have a sign giving directions. The wait staff too busy chatting almongst themselves to come and wait on you . Food wasn’t hot and the flatbread was greasy . Cocktails were delish . Staff could use some refresher training on hospitality customer service.

Overall, it was a good experience. Service was great, but the food at a 4 star level. We tried their wedge and house salad along with wings and halibut for the main course. Halibut with mashed potatoes was delicious. Their wings were okay but not terrible. The drink menu was great, and they tasted as well.
