“Ms. Therese saved the day. We were taking a trip to Nashville then Memphis for my daughter's 16th birthday. We live in Texas! She asked me if she could at least have some cake on her birthday? So I googled bakeries in Memphis. Ms. Therese was the only one that responded to me. It was only 6 days notice, but she said she would do it. The cake was perfect. She did a great job and it tasted soooo wonderful. This lady is an angel for helping me last minute, and she is so sweet and friendly! Loved meeting her.“

“I had the Focaccia caprese sandwich, the strawberry Danish, the oatmeal pie and cinnamon roll. I haven't had focaccia gluten free, so while delicious, it was a bit dense from what I remember how focaccia tasted before my wheat allergy.
The oatmeal pie was tasty, but not like an oatmeal cream pie, but as a very nicely made oatmeal based cookie with marshmallow spread between two cookies. Oatmeal cream pie were my favorite and I have had similar GF copy cats that tasted closer to the the little Debbie Cake version, but this one was very good by it's own right.
The strawberry Danishes were my favorite. I love how close to gluten based Danishes these tasted. Slightly dense and yeasty tasting , but still pleasant to the palate.
My concern as a possible future regular is the use of wheat starch. I'm not gluten free per say, I am a person with a wheat allergy and GF products is the closest I can that accommodates my allergy. With that said, wheat starch is a certified gluten free item and doesn't impact most celiac and genuinely gluten sensitive patrons. However, if you have a wheat allergy, I would say eat with caution - especially the breads that rely on certain starches to rise and hold form.
I intend to taste all the available items to confirm which items are safe for me to consume, but all-in-all, this is a 4.5 with 5 start potential.“
“Amazing cookies, empanadas and sandwhich! Very delicious and great flavors! We come 1 or 2 a month always have to grab something! Very clean and amazing employee's! Always so happy and a smile on their face! Also did I mention they are biliangual! Mejor de lo mejor! Muy rico las galletas, empanadas y sandwich con papas! Muy delicioso! muy limpio y aparte de eso bien amables ❤️ My husband and kids love this place!“
