Great service but the food is getting worse..This is my 5th time coming first to were the best..Who likes hard fish..Normally wings are hard n dry..I ALWAYZ order wet season but lately they extra dry..I Spend $35-$50 every time I come##WUT A WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME##THUMBS

I have to wait 45 mins to get 10 wings. A lot of people ordered after me got their food before me. This is horrible. The young lady’s attitude in the front is not acceptable considering the small business. I wanted to support but Customer service definitely needs to improve in a significant way. Bad experience.

Unfortunately, I am officially done supporting this business. I hate it because their food is so good and I’ve been going to this location since it was formally known as Rayford’s. I have encountered several “odd” experiences to keep from being completely negative. And the experiences only began once the switch happened to Da Sauce. Still I never complained about the poor customer service or etiquette because I understand that there are bad days and good days. I have experienced what several others have encountered while coming to the establishment to order or trying to call in to order. Their prices have skyrocketed over the past few years due to inflation I would assume. Yet, I still would come and spend large sums of money because I enjoyed their wings, burgers, etc. Well a few months ago I noticed they did a special until 2pm which was perfect because the prices get pretty steep. Today I decided to call in and order but for about 2 hours the phone line was busy. Finally, I had my fiancé call and he was able to place an order at 1:45. I was expecting a call but never received one. I drove out my way to come and pick up the food because I just knew my order had been ready but no one contacted me. The lady at the counter greeted me and I greeted her and let her know I was picking up. I gave her my name and she looked stunned saying she text me NOT CALLED but texted me lol! I showed her my phone and showed her that there was no proof of a text nor a call… obviously being she didn’t call but supposedly texted me. Anyway she goes on to say that the order was put back and upon checking with the kitchen she came back saying it could be remade before I had to go into work. Ok great! That is Until she looked at my receipt and said she couldn’t put the order in due to the system not allowing her to do so. Ok understandable, however there should be a way to enter a meal and discount it for what was ordered being that the order for a specific price was put back although I never received a call or the alleged text. I know you cannot please everyone and im not one looking to be put on a pedestal but consideration when running a business is important especially when people drive a distance for food that they cannot receive for whatever the reason maybe. I was highly disappointed because my mindset immediately went to all of the poor encounters I’ve experienced here over the years and. I have been going since I was a kid. I sadly can’t support this business anymore although I would love to. Hopefully things change for the best and they can bring back in more customers than the ones that they have lost over the years due to several ongoing issues.

I’m visiting from Nashville, came down for a wedding with my boyfriend. He suggested this place and I am impressed, I’ve never had a wet lemon pepper. To say the least, it was fresh and flavorful. The seasoning for the fries is good as well. The lady Mrs. Jackie was nice, we have the same name. Lol I’d definitely come back!

Update:Evertime I go the price go up and the wings strink and no carrots.This my first trip but Chile these wings are RIGHT fried right,I had lemon pepper wet and mild hot they where Da Bomb.I normally have to warm my left overs up these wings I was snacking on them cold ?‍♀️.I had light seasoned okra(the season was a little bit much what I preferred,but it wasnt salty at all)It is a bit pricey,I'll go broke for these wings.They do accept debit cards I read reviews saying they dont.

Black businesses complain no one supports them as a black person I can say this business lost a first time customer because they did not have any service no quality. Memphis needs to do better and they won't until we expect better!
