Dave & Buster's Memphis

Never bring a party here. It took over 3.5 hours to get one round of drinks for 8 people, one round of food for 6, and the checks (that alone was almost 45 minute wait). Worst service I've ever received. Will not ever bring a party here again.

We drove 2 hours to come eat and play games with our kids. We were sat by the hostess and sat for 15 minutes and no one waited on us. We told a server we were waiting on someone to serve us and they walked away. We got up and played games with our kids so the trip wasn't a total loss. About 25% of the games did not work correctly. I could not find a manager to explain how much we were displeased, though I doubt that would have mattered. The memphis location has lost a customer. This is a sad excuse for a dave and busters.

We had a reservation, was going to be about 10 minutes late. Contacted the business without any problems were seated upon arrival. Security does check ID!! I believe its to ensure minors are accompanied by an adult. Food was good( Creamy chicken pasta). I haven't been in a while, overall I had a great time!!

The manager was nice the wait was long told us they were getting our table ready still had to wait didn't get seated till 8 and she said she was go comp our food bit still proceed to give her self a tip

We sit 2 hrs waiting for our food for them to tell us they didn't hv what we ordered and the reason they gv was they didn't know till they got to our order to prepare it

This is a very good place for kids to play and there is a photographers to take pictures those are awesome

They don’t tell you at the register that you can have a percentage off your food if you choose to eat first then pay to play afterwards it was ridiculous when the waitress told me that while ordering my food then there where no stakes available due to them being cooked on site so they won’t spoil before hand

Great server but we had to wait a lo g time for our food. In fact our granddaughter ordered the kids cheese pizza and it came as we were almost finished with our meals.

I made reservations for me and my family it was my birthday. At Dave and busters everything was top-notch. From the food to the drinks to the names even see in the sports on TV. Everything was above and beyond our expectations.

We organized a birthday party here, and it was nothing short of spectacular for our group. The venue radiates warmth and energy—welcoming, vibrant, and packed with fun thanks to an incredible variety of games. Jazz, our host, was phenomenal: thoughtful, generous, and always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed—from food and drinks to gaming cards, setup support, and even help with the cake. The manager was just as attentive, quietly orchestrating the behind-the-scenes details to ensure everything ran seamlessly. It was more than a party—it was a joyful, unforgettable experience.
