Dave & Buster's Memphis

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience here. We did have fun playing games, but when it came to ordering drinks and food, the service was extremely lacking. People were nice, no concerns in that regard, it was just extremely difficult to order and it felt a bit like we were invisible in a mostly empty bar. When we did order, we had to go find someone to ask about it after nearly an hour sitting at the bar, in order to actually get the dessert we ordered. I wouldn't have even minded the wait if at any point someone had come near enough so I could order a refill of my drink while waited. The brownie a la mode we ordered was still cold in the middle, but the flavor was okay.

We took our kids for a day of play (ages range from 10 to 19) and we all had a great time. Unlike some other game rooms, the majority of the games actually work and are fun to play. 4 of us were able to play multiple games together so, which you can’t usually find. We opted to have lunch at the restaurant close to the end of play and EVERYONE 😱 enjoyed everything they had!!!! Totally SHOCKED, as the other game rooms typically have overpriced microwaved ( so it seems) food and snacks. The garlic Parmesan fries were so good, we googled to find the copycat recipe while we were onsite!😂😂 My 14?year old said the ribs were AMAZING…. fall off the bone amazing! My guy said his chicken pizza was one of the bests he’s had! The older babies loved their burgers! We are totally going back as a family and he and I will be going on a date day . The managers were also very nice and helpful. The female manager (forgot her name, so 😞 sorry) helped my guy locate his smart glasses that were misplaced while we were playing.

The service in Memphis(Bartlett) is horrible. Employees standing around gossiping and ignoring customers. Bartender had a nasty attitude. Decided to get a refund on my card purchase. Managers disappeared with another female employee. The kitchen manager finally came out and was the only descent experience of the night

One of the best arcades and game stops around. Food i havent tried yet but its a must stop with kids. Others say da food is good.

The service was excellent they were very busy it took awhile for our food .I guess I'm just getting older but too much salt was used.
The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. A little expensive for 2 adults and 6 children. The kids enjoyed themselves so it was worth it a d our server Kimberly was amazing

Host didn’t tell me about any deals so started off over paying but I take the blame for not researching before coming ok. It’s 2 adults 3 kids we are seated drink order taken took 15mins we order food when drinks arrive it took over a hour for food my son drop his drink in front of waited she was so rude had to ask her to replace his drink and spill never got cleaned and been sitting under and around the table with small busy kids . If you’re black I don’t recommend this location…

Very unorganized, staff is poorly trained and management obviously does not care. Our party had a reservation for 4 scheduled at 6:45, when we arrived there was no table ready for us, yet somehow every party that arrived in the time that the host was “cleaning off a table for us” was able to be seated. After 30 minutes of waiting, and the host constantly promising us a table, we spoke to the manager about our experience and his response was to “keep being patient.” We decided to stay long enough to allow the kids to play and we went and ate somewhere else.

I just don't understand why we have to show ID because I was vacationing in memphis and when I came to dave buster I have to show my ID this is ridiculous

My boyfriend and I used to go here at least once a month to watch wrestling until they stopped showing it. We always ordered food so we weren't there for free. The staff acted like they didnt want to be bothered and the menu was really limited. Went to one in New Jersey and they had a huge menu and great service! Found out the Memphis location is at the bottom of all the Dave & Buster's. Not surprised. Do better, Memphis.

Drinks are nasty there too slow the food comes out cold the managers think they are there to look crazy because they see the store needs a remodeling the bar is dusty the steel dirt spots all over it. They don't wipe between customers the whole experience was trash I will never go back.

I loved everything. The agents were friendly and the food was ok based on the environment...wings, pizza, fries, games, and watching sports. Excellent place to take the family.

Went there for a holiday party. Multiple broken games and broken locks on the bathroom door stalls. I informed the manager that out of all the stalls in the women's restroom, only two had working locks. He said he knew but thanks for telling him. I told him if that wasn't fixed the next time we visited we may no longer be regular customers.
Talked with my fiancee and he said the bathroom lock situation was the same in the men's restroom.

I was greeted with a warm welcome from David (Manager). I told him I was there to watch the Grizzles game. He told me to sit wherever and he would put the game on, and he did just that. He checked on me as much as my waitress.

The other lady manager (forgot her name) that was on duty was just as nice. She made me feel welcomed as well. and accommodating as well.

The food and drinks are great as well.

I totally recommend this place.
