The customer service here is terrible. I have called this location multiple times over the course of 2 days about the status of an order that needed to be cancelled. I was rudely hung up on by multiple members of the staff on 4/17/24. The night before I made multiple attempts to call the establishment. Someone would pick up the phone and hang it up. When they finally answered the phone at 11:00am the next day, I explained that I needed to cancel my order and had been making multiple unsuccessful attempts to get in contact with the establishment. The customer service agent stated that my order had already been prepared, 45 mins before the pick up time. Which meant that my order would not have been fresh at pick up time, which was at 11:45am. They’ve been giving me the run arounds all day about speaking with a manager. Then at one point it seemed like they disconnected their phone for half the day. Very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and exploring further action pertaining to my refund.

Horrible service eqates to no service. Will not visit anytime soon. No direction of what to do. You think someone is preparing your drink and they just walk away after giving you your order and asking what drink you ordered, so i think my drink is coming and there is nobody there preparing my drink. I was beginning to think perhaps I can go behind the counter and fix my drink. Young lady just standing there looking around. I finally ask is this were I place my order.

Unfortunately if you have to do Uber eats dont attempt. Uber driver will steal your food. It’s not Dbos fault but just be aware not too trust the city of Memphis when it comes to Uber delivery. There’s some strange things happening in this town too people . Praying for Memphis
Some of the hotwings were to hard to eat and two still had the Lil wing piece that sticks out the wing in it they didn't even pluck it before cooking.....

01/21 rotation: Maui wowie Panty dropper Liquid marijuana Blue hawaii 190 octane Blue raspberry Im not a heavy drinker, could slightly taste the alcohol in some and not in others. Sampled a few flavors prior to making a purchase. It was difficult to make up my mind.... delicious. Food Order Boneless wings- flavor Fries- DBos traditional dry rub If I ever in Memphis again. I'll come back.

Nice area and set up but customer service sucks. I was trying to do a call in but I was on hold for 10 minutes and 49 seconds. As I was walking through the door they hung up my call. However there were no customers in the dining area. The service could have been better since they have been around a long time.

These folks never give me my food right. This is my 3rd time in the last 2 months where I order wings and either the sauce is wrong, food is cold, I order hot wings and they forget the sauce, or something else happens. I don't know what happened to this place, they really did use to have the best wings in Memphis. The customer service is trash, everyone that work at the counter (that I have encountered) has been rude, stuck up, and don't want to work. The attitude problem in this store is outrageous. The food isn't worth the price at all.
