AIRWAYS location! My new favorite Dixie Queen! 😊 Most of these restaurants are hit or miss but I always go back for some reason. They are open late so that comes in handy when getting off work. Their koolaid be a little off sometimes like someone doesn’t mix enough flavor in it and its watered down and diluted but other times it’s great. They have a good welcoming tone. Very kind and polite which is hard to find in Memphis. They greet you at the window. You always have some bad eggs but for the most part they are decent. Speaking of eggs: their BACON EGG CHEESE SANDWICH ON TOAST IS FIRE 🔥Could eat one every day. Hash browns are better than McDonalds. Cheeseburgers be good most of the time. I love that they have shakes late as nobody else does this. Nobody. McDonalds is NOT dependable with their shakes at all.

I only go there at night on my way home from work. Usually, my experiences are solid, but this most recent visit frustrated me, so I feel compelled to leave a bad review. I ordered a ten-piece honey hot wings with onion rings. A few days after the winter storm, it was still frigid outside. I picked up my order and went straight home without checking it, which was my mistake. They got my order wrong; I received a five-piece mild wings with fries instead.
Since I was hungry and it was too cold to return, I ate it anyway. The next day, I returned during the daytime because I got off work early. I asked if I could receive the other five wings I had ordered. I showed them a picture of my order and the charge on my debit card, which indicated that I had been charged for a ten-piece, as they don’t provide receipts.
The lady at the counter was rude and blunt. She said no, I should have reported the mistake that night. I explained that I didn't because it was cold outside. Still, she refused to accommodate my request. That's fine; I just considered that meal free because I disputed the transaction and got my money back.
I’m not sure I’ll return to this location since it’s the only 24/7 spot open on my way home from work. I’ve learned to always check my food from now on, as I can’t trust them.
