I have to say that I had a problem with my order and I contacted the owner Mr. Deddrick Trent. He was so concerned that I had received less than quality service that he kept apologizing, informed me that he would make sure to have a talk with the cook. Mr. Trent not only had them redo my complete order but had them give me $20 back instead of $17 which I spent. Mr. Trent told me that he would make sure the hamburger was cooked to perfection and it was. He is the type of businessman...
I frequent Dixie Queen almost every week. I get what I order and it's delicious but not today. My total order was wrong. I was gonna be stuck at work so I ordered two meals and both were wrong. I called back and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and apologetic. He offered to make it right on my next visit. They get 3 stars today because the food someone else ordered was not that good.
