All Uber and DoorDash drivers should decline orders from this location. The pickup instructions said to use the lobby, not the drive thru, but the lobby was locked. When I went around to the drive thru, the rude older woman refused to give me the food unless I clicked the button in the app stating that I had already verified the order and that I was on my way to the customer. They hadn’t finished preparing the order yet, but expected me to click the button taking responsibility for an order that was not yet in my possession. When I told them that wasn’t how Uber worked, she stated that she would not give me the order and told me to get out of her drive thru.

I have been eating at Dixie Queen since they opened year’s ago ! The burgers and fries are cooked fresh and they are great ! One thing that stands out to me about them is their employees attitudes, always smiling and very nice. Give them a try , you will be happy you did!

Waited a good while for my online order and the guy didn't want to give me the drink that came with the combo I ordered. After explaining how much I paid he then went back in to retrieve my drink.

Great food for all occasions. Maybe not the healthiest food, but a must have for anytime.
Do not order here through delivery, they will send you whatever they wanna send you not what you ordered.

Great little place, didn’t get the name of the lady at the window, but she was wonderful.
Asked for regular fries no season. I had enough season for 2 or 3 orders if fries.
