Every time we come here, the prices are different! One day wings are $14 and 2 days later they are $19. Same with something as simple as fries - one day $5 and 2 weeks later they are $7. Food is sub-par and the service sucks! Don't waste your time or money!!!

Only had the option to use the drive thru at 6pm. My husband and I had the worst banana splits that we’ve ever had and they were in a cup! Our 2 kids had vanilla ice cream with Oreos in it and it didn’t even taste good. They were very messy and the service was less than stellar!!! Never go back!

I came through the drive through with my kids to get ice cream. I ask for the large dipped cone, the male asked me “didn’t you hear me, we ain’t got no ice cream. There’s one down the street you can go to buddy”
I will not be supporting this Dixie queen any longer though I work right down the street, I will indeed go to the other franchises.
Special shout out to Monte for his stellar customer service with a smile. Great attitude and he really made me happy we stopped by!

I get so frustrated with fast food. Every single thing they give you costs extra. I ask for a 10piece they give me all drummies and the 2 flats were burnt! But if I ask for flats that’s $3 extra, a piece of bread $1 extra, dipping sauce $1 but if I call and share my experience the managers are pissed. This is not how restaurants are supposed to be! Who are the owners? Guess yall don’t care…smh
Literally my favorite place! Blue raspberry slushy and seasoned fries is where it’s at! All day long!

First time I came here they messed up my whole order. Food was not good.Tried again and ordered something else. Ordered food, waited in line for 20mins just to get to the window and be told they don’t have 1/2 of what I ordered. The other part of my order was cold, which is crazy since everything is supposed to be made to order. Cheese wasn't even melted on my sub. Was not good at all.Fries were good though. Koolaid is really good.But thumbs down for the food.
