First time going here since I'm in town for work. This is not the worst burger and not the best, but a good burger and a good price with descent service. I dont think they pretend to be anything else. I hope a place like this can make it against national burger chains that are next door.

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and one double cheeseburger on a slow Thursday night. One of my fish sandwiches was truly disgusting (the bread was stale and old ) and the fish placed on the sandwich was truly embarrassing. The other fish sandwich was thick, hot, fresh and according to my sister delicious. Please do a better job of making all your food better instead of a hit or miss situation.

I purchased a 3 pc fish platter. As always it was delicious!!! The fish & fries was hot, crispy and fresh. I wish they would put the slaw & tartar sauce outside the box, because the food is so hot it makes everything in the box hot.

I ordered lime pepper wings with honey hot sauce. The wings were not fried at all the sauce was just hot. Not honey hot. The worst wings I’ve d er had. Their wings used to be good but have gotten worse each time I order them. I’m done trying.

I asked for no onions or tomatoes when I got the burger it got both then the cashier proceeds to take the tomatoes off with her gloves n I complained n she just threw my burger away n I have still failed to get my burger or get in contact with a manger or Dixie queen itself this place unsanitary ash
Best Burger and Seasoned fries in Memphis!!!!! They were awarded, Best Burger in Memphis 5 years in a row!!!! Everything is cooked hot and fresh to order!!!

As a walk up restaurant, it was pretty good. the service was fast, we got cones dipped in chocolate. Every thing smelled delicious. We will definitely be back for some tasty take out.
