I came here waiting for 3 hours for some food. People sitting in line like no one work here. Workers walking or standing outside while people waiting for them to take ours order.

Whoever the new cook is needs to be FIRED! No way he thinks this acceptable! This not how you send food out to anyone. Then when I ask can they remake them they said no it will be a charge! I never had a complaint until now. I won’t be returning. I should’ve went on to American Deli.

I stayed in line for aboutan hour due to argument inside with the employees 5/17/25 i made it to the window at 1257 and all I got was my shake this is all after I sat in line waiting for almost an hour you could hear the employees in the uilding arguing SMH

Good burger, more pepper in their flavor than most. Get at least a double! The single is just a tease and will make you want to go back around for another. I definitely recommend the seasoned fries too!
No much too the atmosphere, it's a drive thru but you get the old school burger and a milkshake kind of place.

I ordered two cheeseburger combos and I asked for mustard, lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper on both.. I got home a saw that I was missing lettuce on both burgers!!!! If you’re out of something, tell your customers! And not only that, these are some of the flattest burgers I’ve ever gotten.. I know it’s Halloween night and several places have been full of it but wow!

Everytime I go to this place I order the same thing and every time I pay a different price. Today I was told a price that was $2 more than I was told 3 days ago. This time I asked what was going on. Y am I not paying what it says on the price list. She stated that the prices on the board was wrong but y am I paying different every time I come here. She couldn't answer that. I don't care about them putting the money in their pockets but can y'all please learn your prices. I normally give cash but once I figured out that they were putting the money in their pockets I started using my credit card and then the price they quote me is never what they swipe my card for. It's always lower

Only person in line at the drive-thru, was told we had to wait a few extra minutes because they were having a shift change... After placing our order, pulled up to the window to upgrade one order to a combo... A few minutes later we were told they were taking orders now and that they don't take orders at the window after TWO cars pulled up behind us... We were told we had to get in line behind the other customers after we had sat there for almost TWENTY minutes... Needless to say we'll never go back to that location again... On TOP of all of that, have been calling since then and after ONE ring, call was disconnected... I'm DONE with them!!!!!
