I asked for a burger with everything. It had no mayo or onions, piled up with lettuce and I think they poured the entire can of pepper on it. The fries were fried in old grease they were soggy and and black stuff all over them. I also got lemon pepper wings for someone else and I swear they had the entire bottle of lemon pepper on them. They were too salty and I paid for extra ranch dressing and didn't get it. I'm never going back there

Being a queen just to pick up an order for someone, I made a mistaken order the wrong burger when I got to the window, I explained that I ordered the wrong burger. The general manager was very rude. Had a bad attitude, and I felt like she could have fixed the burger that I asked for even if I had to go back in line, I would have been OK with that but for her to sit here and tell me that they make the orders as we order which is fine, but I apologize to her and told her I made the wrong. I ordered the wrong burger. She still says she could not play over a burger which I understand it so I told her to just give me extra bacon so again you still played over my burger because you open my burger to put the extra bacon on it when all you had to do was take the extra meat off that I made a mistaken order I would never go to Dixie Queen again. I could have messed her energy and gave her a party, but I decided not to because that is not me and she needs to be more professional. Her hair was nasty. She had tattoos all over her showing that needs to be covered up. How could a general manager look like that?

The food was subpar, the service was subpar and the atmosphere was subpar. I don't remember that area being so rundown and the people being so ghetto back when I lived there in the 90's. My order was wrong, the girl was too busy doing everything else except verifying my order so when I got to where I was going I was upset, but not surprised it was screwed up. The food I did receive wasn't good and their once amazing fries are no longer amazing. Won't be back and probably no one that has a car and doesn't live within walking distance even eat here anymore from the condition of the place and the food.

They usually have great Catfish, but tonight it was Swai and so mushy and tasteless.... can't push Swai off on a true Catfish lover. I will never buy their fish again!!!! ??
Won't return..been awhile since I have been. I have a family of 5. The lady that took my order should have called back my order. She got half my order right. I get up there and got to tell her I didn't get two of my items that I said I wanted clear as day! I paid a guy for one of my items but he got smart when I said I am missing another item. Talking about you thought that items cost that much? Cuz I assumed on the first transaction that I paid for all items. I didn't argue with him and he wasn't going to ring it up..Talking about I didn't take your order. The lady was talking to someone outside about weed..probably why she got half my order wrong and dude don't need to be in customer service talking folks crazy that's willing to pay money for the stuff they asked for! They just lost a customer..done got too ghetto at this location!
