Worst experience ever! The woman at the cash register was super nasty for no reason. I usually never have a problem with friendly service but yesterday put the icing on the cake. I placed an order at the drive thru, I knew my order was gonna be wrong because she rushed me and didn’t repeat my order. As soon as I got my food it was wrong. She closed the window and made me wait 3 to 5 mins while she saw me sitting there trying to get her attention. When I told her my food was wrong she got an attitude stating we don’t sell that (not listening) because I didn’t ask for that. I did let her know I sat here for 3 to 5 mins waiting on you to assist me while you play in the kitchen laughing. She stated she was taking an order but that was not true the order she took literally was not 3 mins because she was rushing everyone.. She took my food back with an attitude and so called correct it. When I got home it was still wrong so I had to sit up there for another 15 mins. That was very unprofessional and I will not ever come back to this location due to being treated poorly.

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. Instead of steak I was given chopped hamburger meat that wasn't seasoned. I asked for a refund and the jailhouse cook came from the back with an attitude because I told the cashier that it was hamburger meat. Of course he was cussing while walking away. But I got my money back. Trash.

BIG BIG DAMN SHOUT-OUT to the night shift who prepared my order last night. On my way into work last night I only had a few minutes to grab something to eat and make it to work on time. There was no line I was the next car at the speaker I put in my order as a double patty melt grilled onions cheese light mayo, seasoned fries Sierra mist. Please let me tell you the night crew did the damn thing. I have had four double Patty melts at this location and last night was the best one I give them a 1000 out of 10 seriously! So big shout out to the night crew after 11:20 p.m. last night thank you all so much for taking care of my order with no mistakes on top that the atmosphere was peaceful and very calm and pleasant.

I went to the Dixie Queen on Shelby drive around 10:00 10:30 July 29th I was hungry me and my wife and we had just left church. The young lady that was at the window taken out orders was very very very very very very very very very very very very rude. I know it may not matter to a lot of you all but we will not be going back. Dixie Queen will not get our service nor our money anymore!

This is my favorite Dixie Queen, today my order was messed up because Bacon was added to my egg and cheese sandwich. After letting the clerk know they remade my sandwiches and allowed me to keep the sandwiches that were wrong. I rode around and blessed the homeless with breakfast. Thank you Dixie Queen. You’re a blessing by blessing others!!
