Violations include: Employees were seen not washing their hands after taking a smoke break, mold, dust and stains were noticed on the ceiling of the restaurant, flies were observed throughout the lobby and food prepping area, the walk in cooler door was stained with food, one of the toilets was covered with a black bag and cigarette ashes were lying in the bathroom sink, lettuce was stored next to the raw beef patties in the prep cooler, no thermometers were present in the walk in cooler, walk in freezer and the prep cooler, and employees were seen using cups as scoops for ice cream toppings.

Went to this location around 10:30 PM. When I pulled into drive thru the speaker was silent. I thought maybe the were busy or I didn’t trigger the intercom, turns out I was being ignored the whole time. When I finally got my order across there was a girl with red hair in the window, very rude and unwelcoming. Fish sandwich was ok I preferred catfish.

Dixie Queen, your days are numbered. I ordered wings, and when I got home, I discovered a few that were spoiled. They only gave me about ten fries, and my blue Kool-Aid was watered down. The prices are too high for such poor-quality food. The Overton Crossing location is even worse. My cousin came to town and was disappointed with both the wings and the price of a combo. I refuse to spend my money at Dixie Queen again.

Workers are rude, they rushed me to order so of course my order was wrong! food was nothing like it use to be! Imagine how embarrassed I was, after bragging to my family about how great the food was. We came back to visit from New Orleans my first stop was here and I ordered so much food for just myself 10 pc wings, & a double cheeseburger, I was trying to add onion rings and a milkshake but the lady at the speaker just stop responding after sitting in the drive thru over 10min I drove up to the window for them to tell me I would have to get back in line because they didn’t hear the onion rings a shake I ordered but the line of course had grew so that wasn’t an option when we ate the food it was awful so happy I didn’t order anything else they should be shut down for the food they’re serving it all ended up in the trash 40+dollars

We (3 of us)went to this Dixie Queen because the one near us closed down. We drove about 30 minutes for this special event. We got ice cream cones. The lady handed me mine and it landed in my lap. Then when I told her the ice cream just fell off, she got mad. Luckily she had given us lots of napkins. It was a mess!!. The other cones I asked for cups to put them in. They also would have fallen. The ice cream the others ate was okay. I think their ice cream machine is broken, they just should have told us. We obviously will not be going to that Dixie Queen again.
