horrible!!! order two double cheese burger meal , fries wasn't all that cooked stucked to the paper .. the burger asked for everything on it just just got tomato and onion and just tasteless my husband kept spitting out the burger and he never does spit out his food so yea no !

Zero customer service the young lady who placed my order had an attitude. The three-piece chicken I ordered was uncooked with blood running out of it. I don't advise anyone to eat here. This is the type of service to expect!

I would like to share my experience last night,I ordered crinkle fries said it 2 times upon me ordering.I get to window and say I have crinkle fries right the young lady no season.I said I don't like season could you drop crinkle.The young lady asked manager she was told to tell me order has already been made so therefore they lost out on my 2 cheeseburger combos plus a grilled cheese all because didn't want to cook me any crinkle fries.I was very disappointed in Dixie Queen on Austin Peay. My Question to the manager are you willing to pay for something you don't eat?? (No)

I've had the double cheeseburger combo w/onion rings 4 or 5 times here, and I gotta say they are really good. Reminds me of the old days. I don't experience what I read in some reviews. It's local, and I highly recommend the local Raleigh Dixie Queen.

We went thru the drive-thru for ice cream. I ordered a banana split. Arrived home and it was full of pineapples! I was irritated b/c there were Zero bananas‼️ I ate it grudgingly and found 2 oversized chunks of bananas at the bottom. They could have been sliced at least 4 times each allowing for banana to be distributed throughout. I was so irritated.

Yes indeed. I went to visit my sister and I was so hungry, it was so late like 1am. She suggested that we come to Dixie Queen and omg. I got the Philly steak sandwich and it tasted like an angel had cooked it. The food was hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. We had an order for 7 people and they got it ALL correct didn’t miss anything even the modifications were accurate. My son had the cheese burger and wanted another one after eating it was so good. Service was also great and prices are not ridiculous. Will definitely patronize them again if I’m ever in the area. And I hear they are open 24 hours. I haven’t had food like that since my dad’s restaurant days. Our food was just like the food I had here, seasoned to perfection, touched ya soul, and worth every penny.
Flight ✈️ landed after midnight and like always Dixie Queen was open and about to close. They hardly had anything on the menu but they were getting ready to close and we did eat. This joint is definitely a good place to eat on the weekend after clubbing (Fri -Sun)??
