Normally the food is good and the customer service is good but tonight at 1045 10/8/2024 it was terrible.. the lady spoke to fast the food was not good I got a phili on TEXAS TOAST!!! Like what?! It’s normally on a sub? Never told me they was out of subs or anything!!!! My bf got a burger combo literally the smallest burger looked like it belonged in a kids meal just SAD Dixie queen do better please!!!!

Ok, went to Dixie today and ordered my usual 10pc wing combo, how about they only put 8 wings in my plate. If I'm paying almost $18 for a 10pc wing combo, I want ALL 10 OF MY WINGS, and then they small as hell come on now Dixie. Then I call up there phone was busy, and I'm too hungry to ride all the way back up there. Pay attention and give the people what they're paying for, things are already too high as it is. ????
