The food was ok. However, my Debit card was charged twice and the girl at the window used my card information to make a purchase on Walmart.com. This is the 2nd time that Dixie Queen employees have used my information for fraud. Don’t use your card at Dixie Queen! 😳

About the double bacon burger I have never in my life had ground beef patty to crumble. Unbelievable and I ain't lying

The food is usually good... but on 3/14/25, it wasn't. Order Super chili dog, the chili was not the chili that's been used. It was old, thick and chalky. Not sure if the usual chili was replaced with a new one, but if so, Absolutely not a good choice.

Normally the food is good and the customer service is good but tonight at 1045 10/8/2024 it was terrible.. the lady spoke to fast the food was not good I got a phili on TEXAS TOAST!!! Like what?! It’s normally on a sub? Never told me they was out of subs or anything!!!! My bf got a burger combo literally the smallest burger looked like it belonged in a kids meal just SAD Dixie queen do better please!!!!
