I love this Dixie Queen!. This is literally my favorite one in Memphis. They always have a good attitude . They ask u what u need and they just seem like they care about the customers and what they do. Ive had bad experiences with other Dixie Queens like Austin Peay but **Summer and Hollywood** is very professional and they do very well at their job. They say thank you, they say have a good day they ask if u need jelly and ketchup…they even repeat the order back to u to ensure there is no misunderstandings. Its literally the small things that matter. Shout out to Ms Debra and Tay! Yal are doing great!

Beware that the "large" options are meant for an extremely large appetite, or 3-4 normal. The menu is simple and straightforward. If you need a late night burger, wings, and a shake... This is the place.
Honestly, I can’t remember a good moment ever visiting here. Last time I was there I had homeless people begging at my window, cashier background was on the whole time so I did hear her talking negative about me being indecisive on what to order. I repeated my order multiple of times and she still got my order wrong. I just felt it was time to only attend the Frayser location or 2 Star. They treat me way better. Food better as well.
A raggedy speaker and a worker with no professionalism is not a good mix. I'll pass.

I had the most disrespectful service on April 1 2024 the cashier was yelling that they were closed as she was getting in someones car had the worst attitude at 2:00oc in the evening. Next time I ll drive a few more miles for better service at a better Dixie Queen who will appreciatemy service without aggressionand attitude. And they need to get the drive thru speaker fixed last few times I went you have to raise your voice and yell for them to to hear you.
