I love this Dixie Queen!. This is literally my favorite one in Memphis. They always have a good attitude . They ask u what u need and they just seem like they care about the customers and what they do. Ive had bad experiences with other Dixie Queens like Austin Peay but **Summer and Hollywood** is very professional and they do very well at their job. They say thank you, they say have a good day they ask if u need jelly and ketchup…they even repeat the order back to u to ensure...
Known as one of the few places open late, Dixie Queen will feed the squad without breaking the bank. Open for dine-in through lunch and drive-through only after noon and evenings. Beware that the "large" options are meant for an extremely large appetite, or 3-4 normal. The menu is simple and straightforward. If you need a late night burger, wings, and a shake... This is the place.
Ordered a patty melt and a strawberry shortcake from drive thru. Came home and had a whole egg and cheese sammich on buttered toast and that thang was ?… I was so hungry I didn’t even care and I smashed that thang lol. I probably didn’t need a patty melt anyway. Tired of my back being big. They knew I didn’t need that and so did I. Will return. Customer service was on point and the food was actually fresh ?
