Very rude! Wish I could give 0 stars!! All I wanted was a milk shake. When I come to the speaker they keep yelling we’re not talking orders we are cleaning grill and changing grease. And repeatedly yelled it when I told them I just want a milkshake!!

None of the Dixie Queens in the city are the safest places to go, but if you can do it safely, do it! The food is always been good, I've never had anything bad at Dixie Queen, but watch your surroundings! Other than that the experiences usually a good one! You're definitely going to have a weight in the line though, because they cook your food to order! The food will be fresh, but you will have to wait!

I asked for half hot and half lemon pepper wet seasoning,,, however I got all seasoned wings and the 10 piece party wings is 20.05 ,,, if you're going to be high at least listen and get it right also

Good food, affordable prices, depending on what time you go, there might be a line but they move pretty fast. Staff is nice and even when they are short staffed, I never had to wait long for my food

Staff is overly rude. Takes them 10 to 20 mins to pass food once u reach the window. They really need to upgrade the entire building and staff

It's been 30 min waiting in the drive thru..........Need more workers very very slow service but yummy food but not worth the wait

I haven't been to Dixie Queen in a long time! I gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars because we did not get an order of french fries we paid for! If I was not paying attention our food would have been on the ground. They gave us a lunch size bag with 3 orders(3 cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries instead of 3 in it. The food was fresh and hot. Will I visit them again? Yes, it will be some years from now!!! I will be going to other places.
