I had a chance to try this spot recently and I'm glad I did! I got an I-55 Cheese Bridge with pepperoni and it was lovely, with an airy, soft, and flavorful crust. The pizza was done ahead of schedule and the person at the counter was great. If you're in the area looking for pizza, this is a wonderful place.

oh my word.. the customer service here today at 5:43pm on December 19 was truly outstanding! The energy of this lady (totally forgot to get her name because I was in and out delivering) was so warming and unforgettable. I am HUGE on customer service and she was by far the absolute best! She clearly know what she brings to the table! I just had to leave a review because I’ve NEVER felt so welcomed into an establishment. THANK YOU! I didn't even know this place existed until my brother asked me about it, so I gave it a try on a whim. The crust is great and the pizzas we ordered were delicious! Hot, fresh, and delicious!! We'll definitely try them again!

I ordered a ‘personal’ (10 inch) pepperoni pizza through slice, and stopped by to pick it up. They took a little more time than the estimated time given by the online ordering portal. I was not in hurry, so didn’t mind waiting. The pizza was made fresh and it was piping hot. I couldn’t wait but started eating in the car. It was a pretty decent pizza with good cheese and a lots of pepperoni.

I ordered from Uber eats. I ordered a small peperoni. IT was delish! The crust was good and had good proportions of toppings, cheese and loved the sauce! Also ordered chocolate chip cookies. They tasted homemade. My new favorite delivery pizza! Wayyyy better than any of the other chanis.
I placed my order online. It wasn’t ready when I arrived.So, I waited on my order. I stood and watch while my pizza was being made and noticed the employee did not have on gloves. He played around with the dough for the crust, flatten it out. No Gloves, with fingernails.This was totally disgusting to my stomach!!! Especially, after seeing the guy pull up his pants and touch other items, while making a pizza for another customer.There was a full box of gloves on the counter above the prep area. But, neither employee had on gloves.I don’t know about any other customer. But, it’s hard for me to eat the food when I literally see it being made without clean gloves.??

I have been coming back and forth to Memphis for the past 3 weeks because of a family emergency. I know this may sound childish, but pizza is my favorite food, so when I came to town I was looking for a good pizza place. 901 is it! After reading the reviews, I decided I needed to try it. The first time I ordered it, I ended up running behind to pick up my order. They gave me a courtesy call and let me know they had my pizza ready and wanted to make sure I got it before they closed. They were so nice in helping me to find their location because I was a bit lost. Even though I showed up right as they were closing, they were super polite and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. Let me tell you, after eating their pizza the first time, I was hooked. I went here every week that I came back to Memphis because it was that good! I highly recommend 901 pizza because they have great food and amazing service!

Ordered delivery at 8:00 on a Tuesday. Order processed and said estimated delivery time was 60 minutes. It's now been 2 hours. I called 90 minutes in to check on the order with no answer. Found two different numbers, called them both with no answer. Checked my bank account and of course the payment went through. This is a major disappointment because we love the food.Update to this review. Making it 5 stars. This issue was out of their control and cause by a 3rd party. 901 Pizza went above and beyond to correct the issue. I'm very impressed by their attentiveness and will order again as we do love the food.

Seriously some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. And my 6 year old loves it too! Today I ordered a 10’’ and a 14’’ through Uber Eats. My delivery driver must really like y’all’s pizza too because he only left one at the door and wouldn’t answer his phone. Oh well. Placed another order through Uber Eats and it was delivered perfectly. 901 Pizza sent a sweet note with a coupon. I really appreciate the customer service. Also, I really hope that driver likes the free pizza he got ?.And if you can bottle up and sell whatever is like, dusted on the crust? I’d buy all of it.Thanks, y’all!
