My child sold slice the price cards for her school PTO. The card very plainly says carryout or delivery but when a family member tried to use the card for delivery they said it didn’t work on delivery. I feel like this isn’t a corporate decision but the card should be honored as is.
Just had the worse customer service experience from this location from the racist assistant manager. My food was burnt and hard and I took the order back and asked could he remake the order he told me in these are his exact words nope because it’s your fault for picking them up late. When I picked them up when I got my notification. He then said that’s a corporate issue with the automatic timing and tracking system. I have never had an issue with that before but ok.
