It's good I usually do pick up from this location because they take so long with delivery but when you pick up it's quick man and you get there on the right time it's right out the oven the people there are usually pretty cool it seems really clean the food's always good and correct there's sometimes I wish my pizza was a little more cooked but I've always been like a crispy pizza guy so is what it is worth the money

The manager is hostile and racist, I walked in and walked to the restroom and the manager walked all the way across the store to the restroom and got in my face telling me to "get my white ass out of there" just because I used the restroom before trying to place an order, so I left without placing an order, and I could hear her yelling things all the way through the door more comments about me being white the whole time I was walking to my car, so I would not recommend this place unless you want to hear racist comments and have someone get in your personal space and yell just for using the restroom.

I have been a customer with this Dominoes for years and I have never had the amazing service I had today with this young lady named Abby. She was super sweet and helpful! She made the food at its best quality. In my book this employee is a 5 star employee and deserves to be recognized. So my friend ordered me some pizza and wings to help me out and the pizza was alright but needed more sauce, it didn't have much however the wings he got for me.. those tiny things are a joke. I didn't know to explain them except some kind of Jr size chicken nuggest that looked somewhat on parts of them some breading like a bread stick. Some little ranch it looked like lite drizzle around. They were a waste of several dollars but I was thankful to have some kind of food to eat. We will never order wings from this domino's again, tho I didn't want to waste them I barely finished them. They looked like they are worth 25 to 50 cent for each. So much for Buffalo wings I'll get the real ones from Buffalo wild wings or I'll just have frozen wings instead of these. worst wings ever. I'd give a lower rating but the pizza somewhat kept it up

If your delivery order is incomplete (and it’s a good chance it will be, three of our last four orders have been incomplete) they just say call the store. They will not come back with the rest. And the store phones are not working. If you get through, they will just tell you to come into the store. We have three small children and can’t get out late at night. They basically steal from you by regularly not completing the orders and not rectifying it when the delivery person is made aware.

Better than Pizza Hut , service is a lot better pizza is always hot, unlike Pizza Hut that uses door dash and is 1 hours late. If you ever get it. Thanks for the excellent service

Manager had the biggest attitude ever, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The supervisor who was there didn’t seem to care at all what’s so ever. I don’t recommend ordering from this place at all. Y’all need a new manager and supervisor asap because you’ll keep on losing business every time If I had to deal with those people.

Had to cancel my order after waiting over 3 hours still no food was delivered. Excuse after excuse when I called. After the 4th phone call was still told 20 more minutes. They hung up on me twice horrible customer service. This place is a joke!!!

So I placed an order online but unfortunately the driver had a flat on way to deliver. She called me immediately and let me know what was going on. I call the store and was told they would make me a new order and it would be here in around 25 minutes. 30 minutes later another delivery driver brings the same order that had been done and out for delivery is for almost a hour to my door. When I ask is it the same order she informed me it was. When I tell her the restaurant said they were making a new order she told me that was NEVER told to me. She then proceeds to call the owner in front of me and begins talking very ugly about me for at least 5 minutes with him. All the while I am on the phone with store and the “owner” is there. The lady at store tells me again SHE never told me they would remake it instead of speaking with employee who said she would. Needless to say they refunded the money but left us with nasty pizza that went straight to the garbage. I did speak with the owner but he said he was nothing but a regional manager and if I filed a complaint to corporate they would just send it back down to him. In the end none of them even offered a apology for the customer being called a liar even though he acknowledged it was not correct. In the end I will never order from this store again instead I will make the drive a little further and pick up my food! Let me add Aubery the original driver was NOT in any fault therefore I did give her a good folio because the flat was out of her control! She was a young new driver but she was the nicest of all! She did exactly what she should have done by calling me to let me know what was going on! The store failed her

Man, tonight was disappointing. The app started showing me the continent of Africa so I couldn't see where my driver was coming from. They told me between 36-46 minutes on the delivery and it took 1 and 34 minutes. When I got the pizza it was simply warm like it had been sitting. Worse domino's experience my family has ever had.

If I could give this store a flat ZERO I would. I can tell ya tho it is NEVER for the food. It’s for the LACK OF SERVICE. Between the delivery drivers (JOHNATHAN) and the counter girls (SAMANTHA) no one wants to do the full extent of their job. And they don’t seem very concerned about addressing your problems because this isn’t my first time having issues with them but it WILL BE MY LAST time dealing with this store. And I’m not the other one with these complaints, my mother in law also receives from this store and has complained several times about the way the delivery driver has shown up. “Great managing this store” if an owner truly cared they would address these problems and come up with solutions. #RANT

My child sold slice the price cards for her school PTO. The card very plainly says carryout or delivery but when a family member tried to use the card for delivery they said it didn’t work on delivery. I feel like this isn’t a corporate decision but the card should be honored as is.
