Food is always good. People are nice whether it's pick up or delivery! Tip: Exit out the back of the parking lot if it's busy. There's an exit from the rear parking lot.

Just SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!The service/food is horrible! If your looking to be hungry and frustrated this is the place!!!!!! Manager is really disgusting, food was sloppy and thrown together . I asked for a re make not a refund and was told they don’t give free food , If I paid for my food how is it free ?? Asked for a GM or Customer Service info and was hung up on 15 times ..... Dominions is actually the worst and I’m really pissed we even tried to give it a chance! I will be sending their corporate team my call log to see how many times I had to call and I still didn’t get information from that store had to call another.

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had from a domino's. The ingredients for my pizza were old and they burnt my stuffed pepperoni bread. I tried to call and sat on the phone over an hour at number 1. "Update" I responded to the owner that responded to me originally and I haven't gotten a reply. I called cooperate and talked to them and they said I would hear from them within a day still nothing. I have disputed this with my bank because I don't have time for this and I couldn't eat that crap.

Pizza was supposed to be ready in 12 minutes. Made it to the drive thru window. 15 minutes later, no one came to give me my order. Had to go in to get my food. Everything looked old and dry. Just disappointed and disgusting. Never returning!

I think this location is all about being fast-paced when it comes to orders.but can you please cook the pizzas a little longer so the toppings won't slide all the way off, every time I pick up a slice of pizza? Thanks, guys!!

I am extremely unhappy with the service experience we had. We ordered 3 pizzas at 8 pm on a Friday, so I would definitely expect a longer wait than usual. However, after an hour and a half of waiting for our pizzas, we called to check in on our order. We wanted to see if we could come pick up the order rather than wait for it to be delivered. The wait to speak on the phone kept having increasingly long estimated wait time, so we gave up. Then we called again and were placed on hold for an hour and a half after which the call was dropped apparently due to technical difficulties. After 3.5 hours of waiting we were finally notified that our pizza had been delivered, but it was never delivered. We drove to the store, and asked for a refund since we hadn't ever gotten the food. The employees there were extremely patient and kind, and they took care of very well when we were actually in the store front. We were able to get a refund, and they were able to locate our order. However, they gave us our order and it was missing one of the three pizzas. The pizza was cold because it had been sitting around for hours, and it was a huge disapointment for our night. I will not be ordering here again, and I would recommending trying your luck elsewhere if you want a pizza quicker than 4 hours after ordering.

DO NOT order from the 1560 Union location. I ordered a pizza (one singular solitary pizza) at 10:30pm on a Sunday (well within operating hours). It was never delivered. The tracker showed the person getting farther and farther away but the delivery time kept going down until it said "delivered." I then attempted to call Dominos before closing time-- I was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. I then attempted to call them at 12pm the next day, and was AGAIN on hold for 30 minutes. I even tried to call the corporate dominos location to report this terrible experience, and they hung up on me twice. I never actually spoke to a real person and rest assured they will not be getting my business again any time soon.
