Took over an hour to deliver food. Food was ready at 9:27 didn’t get my food until 10:22. I understand having to deliver to other places but this is just ridiculous. I had to call the store to see if he was even on the way because the tracker said it should’ve been delivered but he was still at the store. If you don’t want to work, or do the damn bare minimum of the job then do something else. Stop inconveniencing everyone else. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed and order online and used app to verify pick up time. When arriving was told they were behind and processing delivery orders all before carry out. I was told it would be at least 20 minutes before they would get to carry out. When I asked if that meant 20 minutes until they started or 20 minutes until I might have my order, he said “I told you already we are behind”. I told him I just needed clarification, but it seemed very troubling to just get an accurate status update.

I ordered a pizza through the app it literally took 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. I tried to give them a call I waited 45 minutes on the phone no one would even pick up the phone I was just sitting on hold.

I spent my last ten dollars on parmesan cheese sticks at Dominos on Union. He handed them to me through the pick up window. I sat them on my passenger seat. Short drive home I grabbed the box and grease was all over my leather seats. The box that they came in half full of grease. I took them inside opened the box and they were floating in grease. It was so disgusting. I had to throw them out. I’m done with Domino’s especially this one. No dinner for me that night. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money! Gave one

The store looked a mess. I parked for a curbside pickup because delivery wasnt available. Noone brought anything out to me. After almost 10 minutes I went in and Noone noticed I walked up to the counter for 5 minutes. He said have a good night and handed me my order with loose dipping sauces.

I ordered online over an hour ago from the store on Union in Memphis, Tn I tried to call and was put on hold over 15 minutes. Called back to the place a order selection and got nothing
my order was stolen by my delivery driver. got a notice saying it was delivered, but it never showed up. wow

My husband ordered pizza at this location for the first time and the order came totally wrong. I’m pregnant craving for a mushroom dominos pizza plus my toddler only eats plain or mushroom. I got a pizza with mushrooms, disgusting meet , white sauce and olives. It was totally a tension during dinner with a toaddler screaming for food plus the frustration of spending 30 + on the phone trying to fix it. Still on the phone.

Very poor service delivery driver through my pizza on the porch did not knock a call and when I came out I had ants all in my box now they giving me trouble for a refund also I've been waiting on the phone over an hour and a half trying to speak to a manager and no one picks up the phone yet I ordered this piece of July 17th and still haven't got a refund
