I am a loyal customer of this location on highland I place an order EVERY FRIDAY for a large pepperoni pizza for my Autistic brother who has to have it every Friday. I placed my order online at 6:04 way ahead of my 30 drive to this location. I get there maybe around 6:39 I walked in to get my order and something was ready but it wasn’t what I ordered. The manager told me I ordered it because it said my name on the receipt but when I showed my receipt/email of my exact order she said she was gonna get right on it and fix my order. It’s well after 7 and I’m still waiting (reason being is because he wanted to get his pizza) now he’s autistic he doesn’t get the concept of timing all he knows is he’s gonna get his pizza. I address the issue AGAIN and the manager was rude and saying things about me. Now I’ve had an issue 3 maybe 4 times before at this location. I’m very disappointed and will NEVER visit this poor customer service establishment again!!! Do better Domino’s this was absolutely unacceptable!!

I have no idea why I keep ordering from this specific dominoes they always take 2-3 hours to deliver the food its ridiculous
I ordered a pepperoni with extra sauce on the pizza order last night December 6th at 6:30pm. I had to ask them to remake the pizza and the second time was worst than the first. I will not be eating from the highland location again. The guy with the dreads always messes up my order every time I order there. I waited a hour to get a tasteless pizza made any kindof way.His work ethic is terrible. Please train them to follow instructions.

Just recieved our order. Two pizzas. one was severely burnt after waiting 50 minutes for the order.
I've held off on a review for this location for a while. Ive lived in the area and order from here on and off for years. It's pretty obvious the staff is all burnt out, the management is rude (no matter how kind or patient you are), and the food quality varies greatly. If you call for a fix they have an attitude about it.
I'm tired of crossing my fingers and hoping that it'll be a good day for this location and that maybe I'll get lucky. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a carry out cheese pizza it took almost two hours for me to receive it and when I did the box was a mess and cheese was all at the top of the box and of course it was super cold! I’m not sure if the mishap happened during transit but either way I will never spend another dollar here! I threw the whole pizza away!

I ordered the Big New Yorker with Parmesan wings. My wings was not cooked all the way. I called up there to inform them because I was on my lunch break. The 1st time they picked up and hung the phone up in my face the second time he picked up and told me to hold on. I stayed on hold for over an hour. I couldn’t go back at the time because my lunch break had already ended. Very Disappointing I wish I could upload the screenshot of the time?
