waited over an hour after they told me 25-30 mins on the phone. Called and said it will be another 30-40 mins my pizza just came out and they are waiting for the driver to come back. So my pizza sat there for 30 mins + after it came out of the oven. poor service. they need help they need better CS skills

Visiting in the area my gps gave me the incorrect address. I called the store and was able to confirm the correct address. Staff was helpful and the pizza looks amazing!!! Rodney was wonderful brought my pizza directly to my Semi with a smile and great energy.

My hubby ordered. Got the order wrong we ordered New York crust pizzas got hand tossed which we aren’t a fan off took so long to get it we just ate it anyway. Terrible delivery time hard to wait an hour when we’re very close by but no way to get ourselves. Driver was nice but said she’s the only one which is ridiculous (I’ve worked for one before) never will order from this location again.

First of all, I want to address why I gave a 4 rather than a FIVE like I really wanna to... Daytime to dusk, food quality & service plus delivery is absolutely AWESOME 👍🏾. The only time I've had issues or food hiccups have been at night. I don't know what the manager will think or do about this comment but I want to say that the issues were not exactly gruesome, but it's just been consistent with the difference between day and dark, maybe just a level of quality and attention to orders at night! Let me say, OVERALL this location has been much better than in other areas of Memphis that I ordered from to the point that twice we wanted pizza so I just ordere
I called the store location and asked if they did delivery. I was told yes and asked if there was a time they stopped delivery. The representative I spoke with stated they stop delivery at 11:00 pm. When my brother called back to make the order he was told they don't deliver to my address. I ordered from them in the past and paid successfully with a debit card online and they delivered to my home address, so I was very irritated and confused why when my brother called to make an order he was told they don't deliver to my address. I'm done with Dominos and not pleased at all with the customer service I received.

Worst customer service and location EVER ! No communication and never delivered my food also did not cancel the order or process my refund or even try to contact me! This is not the first issue I've had from this location. Never again ! The bad reviews are accurate.
Check your receipt before you leave. My fiance's order was $12.90. When she checked the receipt the big back black hippo charged $2 on her order giving herself a tip. When my fiance brought it to her attention she said she didn't know why it did that. After giving her $2 in cash she walked away shaking her head. Like my fiance was being petty.

Tough neighborhood, but the people are always very nice in there and the store seems pretty clean and my pizza is always good and fresh. I’m giving it five stars based on a chain pizza restaurant.

There was a mistake made on my pizza today. I had to bring it back into the store. I believe the lady who helped me was the manager. She was so kind to correct it and compensated for my time. Every time that I ordered from this location has been pretty good. Plenty of toppings! It’s one of my top two Domino locations in all Memphis, other one being on Poplar!
