Tough neighborhood, but the people are always very nice in there and the store seems pretty clean and my pizza is always good and fresh. I’m giving it five stars based on a chain pizza restaurant.

There was a mistake made on my pizza today. I had to bring it back into the store. I believe the lady who helped me was the manager. She was so kind to correct it and compensated for my time. Every time that I ordered from this location has been pretty good. Plenty of toppings! It’s one of my top two Domino locations in all Memphis, other one being on Poplar!

Ordered a pizza online. They called me, I called them back. They hung up on me. After waiting about 30 minutes, they just cancelled my order. Now they refuse to answer the phone when I call to figure out what is wrong. Two different phones, two different numbers and they are ignoring me. Just want to know what happened. Poor customer service!! Papa Johns here I come!!

I had an excellent experience at this Domino’s location! I’m from out of town and I was looking for something to eat close by the grey hound . The staff provided outstanding customer service they were friendly, attentive, and efficient. My order was prepared perfectly and ready on time, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s always great to see a team that takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality pizza and top-notch service!

I order from this place often. And tonight was the first night I have placed an order 2 hours ago and still have not received my order. Called and been sitting on the phone for over 45 minutes for someone to answer and tell me what's going on with my order. It's been in ""quality check" since 10:30 pm and it is 12:02 now!

I just left this Dominos, Messed up my order twice. it is Horrible all young kids in there no Supervison no Management on Site, they Cursing each other out how is this Dominos still Open. As usual only our folks working in there. It's like a Damn Club.

I have been a regular customer at Dominos for years. However, this store is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever encountered. I do mean the WORST!!! Last week was my first time going to this location. I ordered pizza and Parmesean bites with Marinara. I get to the store at 6 pm, and all the lights are off, and doors are locked. There was employess sitting in their car watching me knock. I was standing outside knocking for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the door to tell me they're only taking online orders. I politely informed her that I not only ordered online already but it was paid for and that I would appreciate getting what I paid for. Yes, I had already ordered online and had to basically beat on the door to get what I paid for. Then, the young lady forgot my Marinara, so I walked back to the door to ask for it. The young lady decided she was going to argue with me about paying for the sauce again. I ended up leaving the store without it to avoid any more issues. All the young lady had to do was check the receipt. My food was so cold and nasty. This has ruined my experience with Dominos forever. I will not be going back!!

I ended up waiting on the phone for almost an hour, and no one ever answered. Really frustrating experience; if the app isn't working, it would be helpful if the store could actually answer calls. Hope they improve the customer service here!

Marks pickup orders done before they are out of the oven so you get to watch them fool around with your food. Ordered a well done pan pizza but got a sloppy mess as thin as a thin crust, but soggy. Only the crust was fluffy. Worst dominos pizza I have ever gotten. Toddlers in the employee area acting crazy to customers thru the pickup window. But since that’s the only human who acknowledged me or the other customer, I guess that’s a plus? Wanted to place an order for pick up for the window, apple would not allow it so I had to place car side. After waiting a couple minutes for that I went to the pick up window where I was ignored by everyone, but the toddler.

I love Domino's Pizza because it doesn't taste bad and the price is pretty reasonable. My favorite pizza is Pacific veggie on a thin crust. Don't forget to add jalapenos!
This is the worst Domino’s very unprofessional. Management. Asked me to drive back and no refund and my pizza was hard with no cheese. Workers sleep on the clock.
