This Domino's is consistently failing to make accurate or timely deliveries. After waiting for two hours, I went to their store, one mile away from my home. I still had to wait an hour inside their store. I am a former Domino's employee, so I have some insight into the operation. This is the worst store I have seen.

I am over Domino's. In the course of a month my household has order 5+ times. A driver has talked very rudely to my husband. Our wings on one order were wrong and we had to cook them in our air fryer unable to get the store to pick up the phone. Last time one of our pizzas was entirely wrong. This time we have been in "quality check" for over an hour. Every single time we have ordered in the past few months, something has been incorrect.Your competitors may cost more, but it's well worth it to not have all of these problems.

If I could give the workers and their service a 0 I would.I went today around lunchtime and it was terrible. I placed my order online and it was supposed to be ready by 1:20 and I didn’t get my pizza close to 2. So I waited patiently and all of a sudden the workers started to fight in front of me and other costumers in waiting area.It was a white man with a 16 year old. I had to speak up for the young man because this older white man was going to hit him. And the fight was about pizza dough, both of them childish.But the white gentleman was at fault the 16 year old was cutting, making pizzas and attending to the register. The white dude walked in and started commanding the young man. There was another lady with them and she eventually came and got them to stop arguing. But no one was making orders for a while, the white dude went outside to smoke and the other 2 in the back. The white dude came back and continued to antagonize the young man.Owner please do a better job in staffing your business. This was ridiculous and embarrassing, I wish I could get my money back. I will be reporting this to corporate this older man didn’t have to do this to this young man.
These idiots have gotten my orders wrong more times than they’ve gotten them correct. The last time I was actually IN the store because they had messed up my previous order and I wanted to keep an eye on it and make sure it was correct before leaving the store. After waiting thirty minutes the manager said they had accidentally misplaced it. He said he would push it to the front of the line and should be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he realized his staff had ignored him and my order was still not in the oven. Tonight I placed an order, hoping this time they’d get it right. Surely they can’t f it up every single time… well… my order sat on “Prep” for 40 minutes before moving to “Bake” so…. We’ll see. ?

I've had a stomach bug since 3:00am. After not being able to eat all day, only Dominos sounded good to me. I ordered 2 items at 6:41pm and I live 6 minutes away. Called the store literally 25 times between 8:00-9:00pm; they only answered once and hung up immediately. I couldn't drive there because I'm still not feeling good. Pizza finally arrived 2 hours and 50 minutes later. Lame ah
