The food arrived hot, fresh, and on time. The delivery driver, Walter, was very prompt and courteous. He knocked and thanked me once he dropped off the food. I ordered a large pizza with a cookie as my dessert. The pizza was well-balanced, hot, and had plenty of toppings. It was cheesy and delicious. The cookie was freshly baked, flavorful, and cut to perfection.

Failed to answer the phone for 40 minutes, have gotten incomplete orders the past two times Iâve ordered. Canât get ahold of them unless you go to store because no one answers the phone as I stated. Iâm now out roughly $12 at least in missing drinks and sauces and the delivery drivers just say âreport it on the app and they will refund youâ like I want my order not some round about oops

We ordered a pizza and 2 dipping cups. Tracker said it was delivered but wasn't. I stayed on hold 20 minutes and noone answered. Pizza arrived 25 minutes later... cold, burnt and zero dipping cups. Still cant get anyone on the phone. Never again. This location is HORRIBLE!

Awful customer service and delivery driver. The driver wouldnât bring the pizza upstairs and was aware the delivery was upstairs and did not bring it. The store was not empathetic and disregarded the complaint. Donât order delivery from them your food will be left downstairs.

Wow, just WOW! I had the Alfredo Vegetable Pizza with loaded chicken, habanero, pineapple, and mango sauce â and it completely blew me away! The flavor combo is out of this world â the sweetness of the pineapple with the heat of the habanero and the tangy mango sauce hits all the right notes. And that crunch in the loaded chicken? Unreal! đ
The crust edges were filled with gooey cheese, which made every bite delicious from start to finish. The pizza was a great size, the price was super reasonable, and to top it all off â lightning-fast delivery.

When I tell you this Dominoâs location is trash itâs only because there is no better description. Without fail every time I order from the Raleigh LaGrange branch there is something wrong or missing from my order: missing ingredients/ items, weird taste, overcooked/undercooked, wrong order received. This last time was my mistake because I ordered delivery and forgot it was the nearest branch and so I got really undercooked and almost pasty crust layer. I usually order from the Germantown location where the workers donât act like they were forced to get their GEDsâ and got the closest job to their home.

I placed a carryout order and paid using the app. However, when my significant other arrived at the store to collect the order, he was charged again. I contacted the store to report the issue, but it remained unresolved. When he returned to the location to request a refund, he encountered poor customer service. Frustrated, he left the store without obtaining a refund. Despite completing online forms, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. Consequently, I have deleted the app and will not place future orders.
