I've been to this location twice (a year apart) and on both visits my food was burnt !! They managed to burn up an order of marble cookie brownies and a thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza edges were black. I can't believe someone actually boxed up the pizza & sent it out the door !! Only come to this location if you want to waste your funds!!!!

0/10 I received my pizzas like this, the large looks as if some pieces are missing. Both looked like they were balled up in someone’s hands. My Delivery driver was Christopher not sure what he did on the 8 minute drive. I did get a refund calling corporate!

Y'all need to fire heavier set white guy with the brown beard and ponytail or whoever decided to leave him alone in the store.1) pretty sure he was sneaking food to the guy ahead of me. Why else would he be coming back before your employee gets off to get wings and why is he there now? I love waiting 5 minutes on y'all talking for him to not even order and just leave after his request. 2) I had to wait another 5 minutes after waiting 5 minutes for those two talking but placing no order. I just got ignored and told he needed to finish cutting the pizzas and prepping wings instead of talking to me. Halfway through a driver comes back and they're chatting and I'm still not getting help. All of this wait for an order that's been ready since before I walked in and I pressed the button in the app that should've had them bring it to the counter ready for me when I walk in. Im so happy it took 10+ minutes of being ignored by terrible staff who don't have the slightest amount of common sense when it comes to working a customer service job. Whoever is in charge of staff should really have their job questioned as them not seeing this or knowing it's happening is ridiculous.

BEWARE OF CHRISTOPHER THE DELIVERY DRIVER! Christopher not only delivered my order LATE, but increased his own tip! I typically give tips to drivers. The order was 20 minutes late and his tip reflected that. However, after checking my account this morning, Christopher decided to increase his own tip and charge my card extra! Definitely calling corporate! That is THEFT AND FRAUD! Will not be ordering from this location again!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery. No drivers had to go pick it up. The guy then cancelled my coupons for no reason. Would not fix the issue. I reordered the pizza. 45 mins later. They haven’t even begun working on it. When I walked in, I was ignored. Had to ask for someone to come and assist. No manager on duty to solve problems

I've ordered through these guys for years, but lately they have gotten my order wrong constantly and have gotten me sick twice this month. Don't order from here or at the very least don't get the chicken. I tried to broach my concerns with the staff on the phone but they simply couldn't understand how it could possibly happen and they assured me they clean constantly. If you have ever set foot in the store you can tell for yourself how behind they get with cleaning their stations and disinfecting their make lines.
This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen! They treat their customers like trash. There was a problem with my order and when I inquired about perhaps getting a refund the manager on duty looked at me with such disgust. If looks could kill I would not be here to type this review. I just simply wanted to treat my family to a pizza night. I did NOT ever expect to be treated this way.

Had us waiting for the delivery for over an hour and than canceled the order because the manager thought it was a prank and that the driver doesn't want to go there so I should go and pick it up instead,way to go Kurstyn!!

There's a delivery driver..that is self tipping themselves even when you have already tipped in cash. It happened to my mother and then to me. This is so wrong and it's basically stealing & now my account is in the negative!!
