They have the slowest delivery. Every time I order from here they say it's a 30-45 minute wait and it ends up being well over an hour.

I have been to this store twice in the last three weeks. My pizzas have been some of the best I’ve had. I would recommend this location to others. Great customer service and very high food quality. I will be returning. I came here a while back and my food wasn’t as good and fresh as it has been on my last few visits. Thank you dominos for the improvements on food and service.

Food was delivered over an hour late for starters. Still tipped the guy just to bite into it and it’s FILLED WITH HUGE CHUNKS OF BURNT DEBRIS TASTED LIKE CHARCOAL AND DIRT! I’m calling corporate and escalating all the way to the TOP!

I ordered a pizza and some loaded tots on tuesday 10/29/2024 at 8:26pm and it did not arrive until 10:16pm. It was old and cold. The pizza itself was loaded nicely it was just really cold. I called the store for a refund and the manager was super nice about it. I feel for him cause i know they have had a rough night and i hope corporate helps him out and gets him more drivers. Apparently they only had one for the night.

This is my third time ordering from the store. The first time was horrible because a driver or two called out sick. I understand that things happen now and again so I figured I would let it pass. The second order was earlier in the day and had no issues. Third order and it was worse than the previous two times. 25+ minutes from when the order was taken to when it was placed in the oven. 40+ minutes from when it was out of the oven to when I finally got a notice that the driver was on the way.
I was going to call and let them know that I would just pick it up, but they never answered the phone for the entire 30+ minutes I was on hold. I live less than 10m from the store and will try carryout next time, but I would honestly suggest avoiding doing delivery from this place until they figure out what is going on and resolve it.
When the pizza finally arrived, the order was wrong.

Ordered through the app. The app said 25-35 min wait. 45 mins later the pizza was still being "prepped". Call and amazing got through. They said they were running behind because they were busy. Waited another 45 mins only to have the wrong pizzas. Now we can't get through via phone. Will not be dealing with them again.

So last time I ordered, it was like an hour and a half before they close that was two weeks ago and the person that I talked with said it will be ready in 25 minutes, so I was a little bit late but even though I was late it was like 40 minutes before they close, but when I went to there, it was already closed and no one was there and the restaurants were already closed so I didn’t eat for that day because of your dumb schedule if they said we didn’t have we had already closed it was gonna be better and I order from another place. When I call like two days later to order some food, I told the person that story and the only thing that said is, we’re sorry to hear that like they it seems like they don’t care about their customers. and now I went to to get some food because it says they close at midnight. It’s still 10:10, but they are already closed. change the Time schedule on Google or work like it says because you loose customers like that.The food is always great by the way
