Absolutely zero customer service. Everyone standing around talking and the person who did try to take my order couldn't hear me because they had ear buds in talking on the phone and rolled their eyes when I asked about a promotion. I walked out and will not return to this location.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order that was never delivered, yet my card was fully charged. When I tried to resolve the issue, the store hung up on me and then stopped answering the phone entirely. There was zero effort to fix the problem, no callback, no explanation, and no refund. Being ignored after taking a customer’s money is not a mistake, it’s negligence at best and dishonest behavior at worst. I had to escalate outside the store just to get basic accountability. This location clearly does not care about customers once they’ve taken your money. Avoid this store unless you’re willing to risk paying for food that never arrives.

I went inside to place an order to be told i had to order online. Ok cool so i placed my order went in to get my food when it was ready. How about my receipt fell out the box on the floor the cashier picked it up and placed it back inside the box instead of giving it to me.

This place has to go seriously. Horrible service for years. Why offer delivery and you have 1 person in there taking order and cooking and no delivery driver, even on on doordash yall dont send order out to other dasher because yall insist on delivering it yourself, UHHH YOU HAVE NO EMPLOYEES HOW ARE YOU GOING DELIVERY SOMETHING WITH NOBODY THERE TO DO THE JOB !!! The morning manager has a very nasty attitude with the customer and I'm one of the customer that order pizza a total of (3) and my thin crust pizza were wrong so I ask him if he could remake the pizza he said no and refused to refund my money

I stirred it up not noticing the meat and cheese missing. I called the store to let them know of my dilemma and was refused help.

It took over an hour and 30 minutes to get my food delivered. I called to make sure my pizza wouldn't be cold because of the long wait, and I was told it would be hot. When I got my pizza, it was extremely cold. I called the manager, and he said there was nothing he could do since the pizza had been delivered. Mind you, the driver didn’t hand me the pizza; he just dropped it off and left. -0/10, will NEVER order again. Calling corporate early Monday morning.

My pizza was unsatisfactory. The cheese was on top of the pepperoni and it was greasy. The stuffed pizza bread was burned. 1/10 would not recommend. Then the website is having issues so I can't get a refund nor get them to remake it.
