I just order my name Parrish Williams I love this location it's literally behind my house I order carry out and delivery and it's always fresh and hot and staff very friendly and fast paced great is an under statement keep up the awesome work guys at Winchester location by Walmart
I ordered a pizza and waited for a hour and a half just to go up to the place and the workers are literally just standing around on there phones, two people orders where about to fall right out the oven cuz no one was paying attention. Horrible place to order from.

On Nov 5th their online ordering system glitched. I attempted to submit the order and gave an error message. I attempted to submit the order again and it gave the same error message. I proceeded to order through safari in attempt to submit the order a 3rd time. By the time, I was about to submit it for a 3rd attempt. 2 transactions appeared on my bank account. I proceeded to inform my husband to go to the restaurant/store because the transaction was pending. He arrived at the restaurant/store and was advised their system glitched out and couldn’t locate either other. I was advised to check my dominoes app and email for any type of confirmation, neither was there. My husband was informed by the lady that it should fall off and not post to my bank account. Well a few days later it did. I attempted to reach the store and didn’t make contact with anyone. I submitted customer service twice through dominoes online and haven’t heard back. At that point, I submitted a claim with my bank and later discovered there wasn’t enough information to back up the claim. I went to the restaurant/store on 11/13 and was advised by the gentleman there was nothing they could do and submit a claim with my bank. I advised of the current status of the claim and he then tells me contact 1-800-DOMINOES. Well I called and retrieve automated message to reach out to the local to store for customer service issues. I then resubmitted the claim with my bank again and here we are today 11/19 stating they were unable to dispute my claim. I reached out to the store explaining the situation. The guy on the phone advise the manager wasn’t in and nothing he could do. I asked when the manager would be in and he informed me he didn’t know when. He told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. I called the 1-800-dominoes number again and was able to get claim and email this time around. I need some solutions to this. It’s going on almost 3 weeks and haven’t got anything solved. I’m out of almost $90 worth of money and didn’t retrieve anything.

The manager Jose has terrible customer service. He was very rude with me after I only tried to make sure my order was correct and after he hang the phone up in my face, I arrived at the location to get understanding because I spend so much money with this company he act as if he was a gangster and told me to move because he had other customers behind me. Terrible location!!!!!

Chronically late, cold, undercooked, and not fully cut. Do not recommend.

Reason I gave the food 3 stars was because, I'm not sure what happened this time because the food is normally good as ever. This time it didn't taste good and my daughter and I got a lil sick.

I ordered 3 orders of the 32 count Parmesan bites and I only received 1 order. I tried calling the store and no one ever picked up the phone after being on hold for literally 30 minutes. I now have a house full of hungry people.

I asked for napkins and the cashier said they don't have napkins at this location. It's a food establishment and the pizza is greasy I don't understand why they don't have napkins to give with your order.

Ordered online at 8pm had to cancel my order after THREE hours of nothing. The phones don't work and neither do the employees there! Don't waste your time or money at this location!

Food was through together pizza wasn’t neat AT ALL . manager charged me for an extra sauce after I had already paid for one ! Marked my order and ready and had me wait an additional 10 minutes! Manager has an extremely bad attitude . Did not respect me as a customer. Did not care that he made me wait an additional 10 minutes . I need to speak with upper management!!!!!
