I ordered my pizza at 10:20 on a Saturday night, when my wife and I stopped for the night while traveling. The app said that it would take 35-45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. After an hour, I tried calling the store to check, and my call was never answered. An hour and a half after I ordered, I decided to go to bed. I was just woken up by the delivery driver trying to deliver my cold pizza to my hotel room over two hours after I ordered! They never contacted me that they were on their way, so I had gone to bed, planning on dealing with it in the morning. I’m now angrier than I was when I didn’t have my pizza.

In my travels across the U S. I have NEVER had a better stuffed cheesy bread. I visited 2x in 3 weeks and both times they were the same. So it wasn't that one person makes them good, they make damn good stuffed cheesy bread! I would order online and use drive thru.

Ordered two pizzas, a salad and a 2 liter of coke for delivery. Did not receive the salad or 2 liter. Delivery guy shoved the pizzas into my husbands arms rudely. The pizzas were both smashed up inside the boxes. We were on hold with the store for over 20 mins and no one picked up. Awful awful

Orders are never made properly, they don’t like to fix their mistakes and never apologize for the inconvenience to customers. If I paid my money for a pizza, I would like to get what is advertised and exactly what I paid for.

Absolutely disgraceful.. We were staying at the Hyatt. Place an order at 6:30. They said it would take an hour and a half. Long wait for 2 pizzas but ok. After not receiving a response, saying they were cooking it, for 2 hours. I went there in person. They told me they weren't doing delivery and my pizzas weren't ever started. I ask why they couldn't have contacted me and told me that. Their response was sorry, I can void the sale and you might get your refund in 10 days. I don't know. I never leave negative reviews but I have never seen such incompetence in my life.

You will literally Pass out or starve if you have to depend on Dominos on Winchester to deliver your order. They never even answer the phone.
Switched to this location from the Germantown location after too many food and customer service issues. Have ordered 5 times from this Winchester location and have been extremely pleased with all aspects.

Exactly what you expect out of dominos pizza, not the best pie but the best pie for the price. Prepared quickly and accurately, staff were very friendly even though they were extremely busy. Probably one of the best locations I've ever visited nation wide. My son loves the loaded tots even though they are not the most cost effective purchase.
