The food was good. The prices were reasonable but expensive. The service by the owner was subpar and not to be expected when you spend close to $100 for wings and fries. Again, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but the problem was service and altitude of owner. I got the impression that he knew the food was great and that he cared less about how he treated his customers. Or he could just have been having a bad day. Either way, I will not be going back to the restaurant. I only spend my money where I am respected and appreciated. Good food and bad service don't cut it for me, if you want great wings and bad service this is the place for you byt not me.

I usually buy wings here and they’re delicious BUT this time i bought for the super bowl and such a bad experience, the wings look like they were fried a day before and they reheated them just before order. We couldn’t even eat them. I know is a day they have a lot of clients but come on, they preferred to be fast rather than do it with quality!

First time customer: Called in my order, the owner rushed me on what flavors I wanted my wings. I go to pick it up & wait, owner is sitting down taking calls while a couple stands at the order counter. Every time he attempts to get up the phone rings and he tells them to hold on. I finally get my wings & leave, but they’re overcooked! The meat is hard to pull off and straw-like in some places. Half of my wings were cold from the sauce added. The okra was fried hard like a brick.
I haven't been to Don Don's in about 10 years I decided to go today and they didn't disappoint. The sweet lady running the register was very helpful. The wings were hot and fresh and we only waited about 10 minutes for our order. I will definitely be returning to this location.

We were in town and I had to stop and get Don Don’s wings and fried green tomatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. I got all flats honey gold and fries. And lemon pepper flats fried hard with fries. I was almost done by the time I got to the Memphis bridge!!!!! I love them thank y’all for phenomenal food.

Customer service was great but the wings were not. Will we be going back NO!!!! We was so disappointed ? !!!! That was $32 dollars wasted!!!!
