Wing flavor was good but we’re not crispy. She asked did I want them fried hard and I didn’t want them fried hard but I do want fried chicken wings not baked! She said because it was wet seasoned that’s why it’s not crispy. I normally go to the location in south Memphis and never have to tell them how to cook my wings. I ordered a 5pc wing combo with extra veggies . I guess I gotta ask for a roll

My first time going here was just before 2024 ended and let me say the wings were awesome they were really good but when I first walked in the vibe wasn’t good at all the older woman taking my order was rude that’s my only concern everything else was good the cook was throwing down he had hella orders he was doing his thang idk if they are related or anything but yeah !

I called the store to place my order the older lady at the front counter attitude is horrible , she doesn't greet you and rushes you when you are placing the order, her tone is very condescending and rude !!! , that is not right, especially if I'm paying for something the customer service should always be great, the food is good but the prices are awful and customer service is bad, she makes you feel bad for even ordering your food, this is not her first time acting this way, that's why I stopped eating here

I called my order in and the lady had an attitude over the phone as if she didn’t want to take my order.I told my fiancé about her attitude so he volunteered to go in to get our food. He told her God bless you when she gave him the food and she said umm hmmmm. Our fries were old and some of the wings were recooked. The fish and okra was good ?

I got onion rings. Most of the onion rings had the coating coming off. And they were slightly burnt on the edges. Also, to salty. I don't know what they battered them in but it was soft/soggy. I will not be ordering from this location again. I like the one on Covington Pike much better.

The elderly woman that was the server/order taker for the window was RUDE. I walked in and there was no excitement or anything ? she didn’t want to be there and I didn’t want her there either!! She asked what I wanted I told her seasoned wings with honey gold on the side I waited over 20 minutes which is okay I’ll wait I get the food and it’s honey gold wings I really don’t know how to feel and I really wanted my money back from the start yet on the wall it had no refunds no exceptions
