Never again I realize why it was one time in 4 years since I've ate there. I gagged after eating one wing. That old lady is a real trip... people think because they manage or own their business they can act ugly be unprofessional even worse overcharge for something I should of shop from Kroger and cooked at home. If that's nephew in the back it's a no for me along with day old sides you selling like it's fresh. Close it down.

Trying to place an order on the phone today was absolutely unacceptable. I’m currently still on hold and have been on hold for 15 mins. I can hear the woman in the background just talking to someone and still taking orders! This is terrible service and I’m someone who orders on the regular!

Came to get lunch for my coworkers I bought a 25pc. for $50 nothing wrong with the food but I feel like it straight foolishness they will not give you any hot sauce. Hot sauce is $1.00 a packet I really got mad ? but I got my stuff and walked out! Every body saying I should have asked for my back and went somewhere else. Angry ? customer!

I ordered 30 piece honey hot wings and a family size fries through the DoorDash and for pick for myself. I go inside to pick up my order and the lady at the counter told me they gave someone else my order and there was nothing they can do. That was $40 worth of food so I won’t be ordering from here anymore!! I was very irritated.

slow and unprofessional, had a door dash order the lady at the front with the braids never asked me what I was there for never even greeted me when I came in, continued to mop the floor behind the counter acted as if she didn’t even see me.. I have never ate from here so I don’t know if their food is good, but I wouldn’t for horrible customerService
