First time here. Popped in for a drink with a few colleagues and I love it! Good coffee, great vibe, super cute aesthetic! Will definitely return so I can check out the store.

A cold December morning in Memphis (a native Chicagoan would have called it brisk), sent me on a search for a coffee that would make me miss my wife and newborn son a little less; it would not just perk me up, but also provide the warmth I was longing for from my better half and put a smile on my financial advisors face.

As I walked away from a place where dreams were assassinated, I found myself on a street less than ordinary. The establishment I was in search of would have been missed if it was for my GPS telling at me that I had arrived. The only sign was on the sidewalk and could easily be missed it a car were strategically parked in front of it.

The storefront was unassuming and I thought I was in the wrong place, but when I opened the door, I noticed the counter inside a large boutique.

Her smile and greeting started to fought the cold that wanted to stick to me. Sadie (I hope it was the common spelling) was her name.

I looked over the menu on the counter, which she proudly said she creates herself and wanted to order everything, but I asked for something that would make me feel...Mom, and I hugged myself. A couple questions and suggestions later I decided on the Campfire.

It checked all the boxes. Why would anyone choose Novadollars over this place?

Sadie was like someone you would read about in a magical fiction, mixing just the right amount of warmth, care, and kindness into something that was sold as coffee.

Anyone can make coffee, but not every coffee can make an experience.

Not impressed that they offer absolutely no sugar free options, and the lady on the phone was rude. She couldnt tell me how much sugar was in any of their syrups. Not everyone can have a ton of sugar in their coffee so whoever runs this place might want to consider that.

I've tried the salted caramel coffee on two different occasions and it's gritty . I'm unsure of what's causing it. I'm very big on texture and love
smooth coffee, but that particular drink just doesn't do it for me. I'm unsure of whether or not I'll try something else in the future.

Stopped by Dr. Beans Sunday morning with my wife to get a London fog and a cappuccino. We appreciate them being open on Sunday. A nice quiet atmosphere to sip and get our lives together before the week starts ?‍?☕️?

The iced vanilla latte is amazing! The season specials are definitely worth a try too! The Harley Quinn is my favorite. The barista is sweet and kind. They have a beautiful small seating area and the vibe is just perfect!

Simply delicious coffee and yummy bagels... This is coming from a New Yorker who has lived in Seattle for a decade, so coffee and bagels are my life-blood. But what blows the tasty breakfast treats and bevies out of the water was the delightful and pleasantly humorous barista who truly brought a smile to my day. A lovely start to a visit in Memphis!
